ReplyDeleteAm glad a woman has finally admitted it. Where I work, a beautiful, really intelligent woman was skipped over for Head of Department. Reason given- she's never present at work. Motive regardless, they were Right! I work with interns a lot and on an average, the make interns are far better workers. Some females are outstanding (best this year is a female), however, the rest are full of excuses and babygirlism.

Let me add also that it has become that bad because a high percentage of we females have come to accept it as a norm, and that's the reason the males often see anything they do for us as a favour no matter the circumstance.
