The Vice President reportedly met with some northern governors at his residence and the declaration will come after the meeting....
A presidential source told Daily Post on Sunday evening, “An Iftar dinner meeting hosted by VP Osinbajo is about to commence at his official residence. APC governors, especially from the North and others from other political zones have started arriving.
“At the meeting, the VP intends to inform the APC Governors of his decision to run for President in 2023 under the APC banner.
Afterwards, he would be making a public declaration of his intent to run for the office of the President.”
Daily Post had earlier reported that Osinbajo would be making his declaration on Saturday.
