May his soul rest in peace
ReplyDeleteAs a child of about 3or 4 years, the only way you can get me to not go out to play or make my hair was to tell me Arthur ''Nveribe''(as I pronounced it then) was coming to our house. I said I was going to marry him because he had a helicopter that lands at the field behind our house in Owerri those days in the 80's.
DeleteThe day I saw him in person at the national assembly in Abuja some 15years ago, he was so frail and I went to greet him and holding back tears 🙈 and held his hand as he ascended the stairs. His aids didn't understand 😂. It was so nostalgic.
Rest in Peace Chief Arthur Nzeribe.
Eternal light grant to him, oh Lord, and let your perpetual light shine upon him.
