America's Supreme Court Ends Constitutional Right To Abortion

The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday June 24, 2022 overruled a constitutional right to abortion in America, leaving it to states to decide whether to permit the procedure that has been legal nationwide for five decades.

The ruling came less than two months after an early draft of Alito’s decision was leaked to a news site, setting off nationwide protests by abortion-rights activists.

While the high court's overturning of its 1973 ruling in the case known as Roe v. Wade and a separate case called Planned Parenthood v. Casey does not impose a ban on abortion, its legal impact will ripple through the country almost immediately.

  1. Is a shame that US decided to go backward. That country is losing everything that makes them greater in the world with those radical people and hope they understand the effect it and the consequence it will bring to their country. This is what happened when you voted for radical narcissistic people

    1. So what makes people great is to kill babies in the wombs? So right to kill is a civil right, is it? Are for real dear?
What the US has done is to remove what has been a reproach to them for decades. If you know the meaning of the word
"Narcissistic," isn't the narcissistic persons the ones that want to kill innocent babies. for their own personal convenience and to
      fulfil their egocentric vanities?

    2. Oh please 11:03 One can decide to terminate a foetus if she is very much incapable of taking care of the baby when he/she is born.
That's why we have alot of hoodlums clamoring all over the country, because of lack of funds, negligence and home training.Everything isn't about religion or being a narcissist.
      America I'm highly disappointed!

Did you read yourself; "terminate the life of a baby?" You have become a terminator? Wow!
Why not give birth to the baby and give him up for adoption, why kill her? Why not use pregnancy preventive measures while living your life of "pleasure?"

    5. Enough of the sentimental bullish!t
Have you gone to the ghetto,Have you left your comfort zone to some areas in Nigeria,Have you seen how children are scattered everywhere malnourished and suffering,Some even die of hunger and diseases,Have you seen baby beggers,How flies cluster around them due to dirt,Children born out of funds are suffering and dying on a daily and you're ok with that,Why bring a child into this world to suffer in anguish and penury??
You say orphanages,That place is even worst in most part of country,If you've visited one you will know exactly what I'm screaming about.
Most people open orphanages for their own personal gain.
      Abstinence remains undefeated!

They are "scattered and suffering" because people are selfish. So, you prefer that all those kids were or are executed, pardon, "terminated?" People are having sex indiscriminately and without even attempting to take birth control measures. Moreover, women are looking for kids of their own. I have adopted one of the suffering and she calls me "mother," my other kids call her "sister". Adopt one yourself and reduce their numbers.

    7. That's why there's the issue of legal age for consensual sex, Responsibility, abstinence, different types and classes of CONTRACEPTIVES... the list goes on and on.
      Maturity is about Responsibility
      Sex isn't for kids.
A fetus is a living being and from your statement above, I can comfortably day there's no difference between your mentality and that of those ISWAP/Boko Haram fanatics...

  2. Praise God, It has been a celebration of lives for every right thinking American here since yesterday. Let me put it into perspective for you. in 2019/2020, in the state of Texas where I live, 54,000 babies were killed in the wombs due to this. Last year, about 700,000 babies lives were snuffed out in their mother's wombs nationwide. These figures were low because of the restrictions of surgeries in hospitals due to covid.
Righteousness exalts a Nation but sin is a reproach to any nation. America is on the part of greatness again; revival/awakening, economic prosperity, wind up wars victoriously and not be run out of it, a way out of the drug crisis and youth rebelliousness (young people are littering the streets, passed out and dying due to fentanyl and other drugs overdose).

    1. Continue deceiving yourselves. You think this will reduce the numbers you listed above? Is abortion not illegal in Nigeria? Nigeria's abortion statistics is even higher. And please stop forcing your bible passages and christain beliefs on everyone. Not everyone is Christian you know.

    3. Nigerian abortion status aren't. Get your facts right.

  3. But what's the problem here? Because the allowed it only within 15weeks old, so is that not enough time for someone to decide to terminate? Or am I missing something?

  5. This is strategy at play, nothing to do with love and wanting babies to live. This is complete and utter strategy intended to improve birth rates of a particular group worried about being outnumbered by those who do not look like them and possibly resulting in a loss of power and influence.

We soon hear that a sperm enhancing drug is on the market to go with the new ruling.

This is how power is maintained and real chess moves are made. Grow the population dem sey, grow di population we won't die out.

    1. Exactly! This is explained in the book “The Birth Dearth.” This has all to do with increasing the white population because their numbers are dying. Pity for Black people feeling happy and sentimental about this..this is being done because there are too many of you and not enough of them. The youngest people in the world are black African. This is strategic.

    2. Don't mind them shouting nice move. You think they did it for religious reasons, think again

  6. This is terrible news!. Abortion ban in Nigeria has not prevented anybody from procuring one. It only makes people more susceptible to getting unsafe abortions which is associated with more morbidity and mortality. I can’t believe that the US has decide to go back to the Stone Age with this.
Abortion laws is not as simple as “if you don’t want a baby, keep your legs closed”. There are so many nuances that aren’t covered by law and can therefore make a woman vulnerable to death if access to termination is restricted.
The people who are celebrating this are sanctimonious self-righteous pr***s who think they can never be in a position to require an abortion because only immoral Sl*ts usually require such

  7. Goodness. Why can't people birth this babies & hand them over to their loved ones who are capable both mentally, financially & spiritually to take care of the babies
