I made some Okro sauce and that's what I am eating this morning..... Will be using sliced bread to eat some of it and sipping slowly on my homemade Latte Machiato....

For sometime now, I do watch some videos on YouTube and Instagram of people eating good food. Like say fried rice, with jellof rice chicken with other things including 'corn' please abeg wetin corn they do untop food? And I just want to know, is it that normal corn we see along the road everyday or this corn is a different kind of corn.
Abeg make una no vex for my question.

DeleteYes I am a chef, I make noodles,pasta and rice with the Normal corn and it comes out nice.The corn has to be fresh harvest asin fresh from the farm today to get the sweetness.. cook it separately till properly cooked. Some add sugar n salt to get that sweet corn flavor but i dont...
