Tennis Star Serena Willaims To Retire After US Open....

In an essay released Tuesday by Vogue magazine, American tennis player Serena Williams, a 23-time Grand Slam champion, said she does not like the word retirement and prefers to think of her plans to step away from the sport next month as "evolving away from tennis, toward other things that are important to me."

    I looked up to her as a young teenager. Wanted to be the next tennis big thing. Never learnt to play though.
