I drink water but I don’t mind my business. Especially if I am in my own room and I hear all the gist without asking.

My compound shares a short fence with the other compound and we see each other like we live together. 

There is this man that lives in the apartment directly opposite mine and I don’t know if he doesn’t have network in his apartment or he just enjoys making calls by the fence.

My ears are so full and violated to be honest. What have I not heard? From begging women to come visit his konjified self to sharing his chores and cooking between his women to his family meetings .....

Or is it the day he was telling his friend over the phone that when he peed it hurt and he was echoing a local herb to be used. That day I almost screamed OGA YOU GET GONO MAKE YOU GO SEE DOCTOR LOL

So on this cool night, there was no light as usual and so I was lying down pressing my phone waiting for sleep then I started hearing his voice.

Oga was very angry on the phone and told the person on the other end not to try him else he will disown the family. Wow! My antenna raised but he ended the call and I was disappointed.

Next day I saw him when the trash truck came and I greeted him very well. I smiled and asked about his wellbeing and BOOM Oga said he is not fine and didn’t sleep well. Warrapen? He said nothing.

I just kuku used my skill as a professional nosy packer. I told him nothing a good massage from madam cannot cure. Oga spilled.

He is a single father, his wife left him some years ago for another man. They both have a daughter together but madam already has two more with her new man.

 He sends child support but madam won’t let the teenager visit her father or his relatives because she is using the girl as a nanny for her younger ones.

Its summer so he asked madam to send the child but she says except he is willing to accept the siblings to come along hannhannnnn madam fear God..

Oga’s elder sister is a pastor and doesn’t see anything wrong in the other siblings coming for holiday- she was the one he was talking to last night.

But why? She is also married to another man and wants to push that one’s children to her ex’s house for the holiday. Abi shey my ear dey pain me ni? I told Oga he did the right thing, swear for them abeg what level of mumuism is that?
