  1. When you master the art of contentment, people will think you have everything, because you are happy and living your best life!
Contentment doesn't mean you won't desire the good things of life. However, contentment eliminates any form of desperation to get anything at any cost!
Better to be content and happy, than desperate and miserable!

  2. Greater Wisdom!!
    1 Kings 4:29-31.

    Excerpts!!

"One of the ways we bring the hidden wisdom into this world is through the spirit, when we speak in tongues"

"When you pray in other tongues and the interpretation starts coming to you, sometimes you'd find that you spoke out a scripture or an explanation of something in the Spirit or from the Word. These are mysteries."

"When next you're praying in tongues, be alert in your spirit because wisdom speaks through you. If you continue in prayer, the interpretation will come to you, or else ask and receive the gift of interpretation of tongues."

    Prayer!!

God's wisdom, righteousness, love and grace are at work in me even now, causing me to know and have deeper and fuller insight into mysteries and secrets of the Kingdom. The eyes of my understanding are enlightened to the realities and truths of the Gospel. Hallelujah!

    Further Study:
    Ephesians 1:8-9; 1 Corinthians 1:30; 1 Corinthians 2:6-13.

That one thing that you need for your joy to be complete, that one thing that cannot be carried over to 2023, that one expectation, that one heart desire, as your amen will thunder, in the remaining days of this year, let it become your testimony.
    Your eyes will see it.
    Your hands will carry it.

  10. Update on my neighbour who flogged the wife for not 'giving him something'.

So when I got back yesterday evening, I went to their flat to ask after her. I met the husband who told me that she is at the clinic receiving treatment as a result of the injury he inflicted on her during the flogging. He said he was invited to the station & that the policemen told him that the woman is at fault for denying him s*x. So he was only told to take her to the clinic & treat her wound. However, the policemen told him not to flog her next time, but advised the woman never to deny the husband his right again. The most annoying part of this whole thing is that the man was still bragging to me that he will keep flogging her any time she refuses to comply because it's his right & he has already paid for her services. I just told him that I needed to go & cook for my family & left. I'm yet to hear from the woman because she's not back from the clinic.

    2. The man will brag very well and still form buga cos the police didn't do anything to him. Her family hasn't come to teach him some lessons. That man will continue to flog her and even kill her someday with the police saying is the wive fault.

    6. It is financial incapability that keeps women in marriages like this.... does this man not know that it is not every time a woman wants to gbensh? there are so many things that cause distraction including the monthly flow and shifting of hormones sometimes..An understanding husband will ask for other means of relief...so does it mean that this man does not even care that she enjoys it as well? God forbid thing....

    7. Coward! Such man before men turn to observer.

    8. I don’t blame him. Has she not got brothers that can deal with him? You can tell that woman has been subjected to all manner of abuse from that animal.

      Sluttychic.

      Delete
    9. Madness! It is also the duty of the man to provide. So when he doesn't provide, should the woman also get plank to beat him up and use Oraimo cord to wipe his lean neck? Make God no let people marry nonsense abeg.

      Delete
    10. Kai! I knew this is how it's going to end!

      Delete
    11. I read some comments yesterday saying this same thing , that the police will let the man go scott free and blame the woman.
Why didn't she call her people to come and 'shake' him? He will keep beating her if she doesn't do something about it.

It is good for one to have at least one crazy person in the family, that person that will shake anybody who tries rubbish with you.
There is this my aunt who is crazy like that, she will pay some military guys to rough handle the man, when he is released, his brain will reset. My husband cannot even touch me cos he knows there are some "wehrehs" in my family. If a man knows your family will deal with him if he misbehaves, he will respect himself.

    12. Polygamy is the answer..

I don dey talk am since Una dey argue.. at least everyone would be happy and be at peace,. I don't know what's so hard in suggesting other means of sexual relieve to your husband if you're not in the mood, shebi if babe dey mood and guy no dey mood him go still assist am in other ways to try to make her cum, but some women just like to weaponize sex, cos that's the only thing of value they provide to the family, they go come dey deny oga the sex and even to touch cos maybe him no give them money for Christmas hair, shey as money no dey make him go thief nii..

      Mtcheew..

Instead of hitting her and messing up your name and reputation, just jejely go marry second wife go go bring another babe come house wey go come dey give you fvck and send her back to her Papa house..

      No time for rubbish abeg

    13. Can you imagine 😯

Do you blame him? Na I must marry by fire by force caused it

    14. She allowed herself to be treated that way.
Her type will not even inform her people of what she is passing through. If not, I don't see why she would be admitted as a result of domestic violence and her husband will still balance in the sitting room and be making mouth, he is till speaking clearly, except if her people are useless people sha.

      Delete
    15. I talk am. Nigerian police? Tufiakwa! It's now left for the woman to decide if she still want to stay with that animal

      Delete
    16. The truth is that the man has always maltreated the woman. They're always having issues. There was a particular night early this year that my hubby went to settle fight between them. Infact, if not for hubby's intervention, he would have killed that woman that night. After that incident, the woman specifically told me she was leaving the marriage. But I'm surprised she's still there till now despite all the maltreatment & beatings from the man.

    17. Ignorance is truly a disease killing many silently. Ignorance on the part of the Man and the Woman. Just like Stella said up there. A lot of things could be the reason on the part of the wife and she could have utilized other means if the pressure was much on her to "perform" but no, both could not come to a compromise and hence the beating... My Gender Sorry!
Looking at Man Dante With side eyes With his own solution. Let me reserve that talk for another day. May God divert for us whatever thing it is that would cost us our Peace, Joy, Happiness and Fulfilment in life... Amen πŸ™

    18. Nigerian police are very useless. She will still go back to the man when they discharge her.
Courage I also doubt if she informed her people. They would have paid the police to deal with him or deal with him themselves.
The Nigerian Police only understands money.

  23. Story time!!! πŸ˜†πŸ˜†

So I remember this time last year, one of my customer wanted to use DSS to arrest me πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ˜‚ funny right? Na asoebi wahala.. omo e tough ooo. I no fit even sleep my house πŸ€ͺπŸ€ͺ

    So what happened?

The bride-to-be met me online through my numerous adverts, she contacted me for asoebi, then told her to come to my shop. So she came with her husband, and then they saw my shop. The woman was quite confident thou, but the husband (yoruba) was being skeptical, but I assured him, it's just a 24hrs order, it will be in abuja in no time. (Business optimism)

So he paid, they left, I ordered for cloths, I got them next day (sunday), very fast right, yes, that's how fast I process my customers order. I took them to their house, we finalised and that was it.

The husband was impressed with me. So they ordered another batch (na there wahala start) πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ˜‚

Chaii I suffer oo. So this time around, I went to his office, so he told me instead of abuja, it will go direct to IBADAN, ibadan? He said yes. In my head ehn, those days of my nysc, when I started my business,  I do send goods to virtually 25 states in the country, and it was quite fast. Just 24 hrs or 48 hrs, but I always assured my customers of the timeline.

So I thought, it was still the way I left kano, that they still run things, I have forgotten that time changes (dull me).

So I told him  it's possible to waybill to ibadan, but my mistake,  I DIDNT TELL HIM I WAS SENDING THEM FROM KANO. I just told him it will get to ibadan the next day.

So he paid, I ordered for cloths, but I forgot it's not the way I do it back then. Then, I will carry those cloths to the park (sabon gari),then I will stay there, gist my guy there, pay him handsomely, so that they priotise my goods πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ˜‚ because na my padi. Goods are always there in batches, but he helps to fast track mine. After numerous shouting and pleading.

    ReplyDelete
  24. But this time around, I no dey kano again, so that process no dey again. But me in my mind I thought the goods will get to ibadan next day.

Guys, shey you know the next day, my customer called that them never see goods oo, I told him to be patient, that maybe holdup. So in the afternoon I call my people in kano, howfar, shey motor never reach ibadan nii, they said almost.

Later in the evening, the man called me, Ola, where is my load, shey na ship or lorry I use nii.. omo I called kano, howfar, where motor dey. Dey said I should wait.

Guys, I called sabon gari, sent my friend to the park to check what's happening,  do you guys know that my load was still at the park? E never comot kano.

I wan mad. I called a close friend to help me go to the park and remove the load from there, then send with another park. When that my friend got there, the goods was not there again. They Don move goods go their main branch.

My customer called me, ola my goods.. I said sir, please give me some time. Then he asked, where did you say you sent this load from? Is it not lagos you told me? (My first lie), even if its trailer sef, lagos to ibadan is just 2 hrs, what happened?  Then I said, it's not lagos o, that it's suleja. That lagos don't have. So he said he's giving me till the next day.

Next day Friday, no show, goods I can't find again. I have called almost everybody in the market. Abeg help me find my load oo. Most of them already know me, that shebi it's Ola, he's always not patient, his wahala is too much (in my mind, I was like, if I allow you do it at your pace, I go enter trouble) do it my way, so we don't have issues.

My customer started calling me, Where's is my load, this, that. After sometime,  I would switch off my phone, sometimes put my phone on ear plane mode. I was terrified. I couldn't open my shop, I went to my friend's place to stay with him. So he asked what happened,  I told him. Then he said I should the man, and tell him the truth from the beginning to the end. Aaaah. How? He said, yes. That's what I should do. That he's a man. He will understand. That I should not lie.

So I loaded my phone very well, called him, confessed to him, that the cloth was sent from kano oo, that normally  its supposed to be the next day, but my people didn't put it inside the car and all that.. so he said OK,  no problem.

I forgot to say the wedding was in 7 days time.. like 7 days. And asoebi is still nowhere to be found. So I took it upon myself to travel to kano, to look for my goods myself,  because I was getting uneasy.

Told the man and his wife, that I will be travelling the next day (sunday), so the man said,  as I will be dropping in kano, that he has called his friends from DSS to meet me at the park, that they will follow me to where I bought the goods, so that he can confirm true true that I wasn't lying.

I said, no wahala, because  I was sure of myself.

I got to the park early morning, entered kano car, guys, when we got to kaduna, the man called Me that the goods have gotten to ibadan oo.. omo ehn.. the way I thanked God ehn. I jejely told the driver to drop me after the by-pass bridge, I jejely crossed, entered abuja car, got to abuja, went straight to a restaurant to eat better egusi with palm wine. Uhmmmm very crazy experience 😜

  34. BEYOND CONDEMNATION

The ruler of this world has no power over me.' John 14:30 GWT

The Bible says, 'The accuser of our brothers and sisters...has been hurled down. They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony' (Revelation 12:10-11 NIV). Satan is 'the accuser'. On what basis does he accuse us? Sin! It's not that God won't forgive sin, but that when we refuse to acknowledge it and repent of it, we give Satan an opportunity to condemn us. Now you understand why you feel so bad when you harbour unconfessed sin. By doing it, you are giving Satan power over you.
Jesus said: 'The ruler of this world is coming, and he has nothing in me' (John 14:30 NKJV). Satan couldn't point to a single sin in the life of Jesus; therefore, he had no power over him. Here's the good news: when you are 'in Christ', Satan loses his power to condemn you too. 'There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit' (Romans 8:1 NKJV). Will you still sin from time to time? Yes, and when you repent, God will cleanse you, work with you, and give you victory.
As long as you are positioned securely 'in Christ', in whom there is no sin, Satan's condemnation falls on deaf ears and you live with the joy of knowing you are fully accepted by God. So when Satan says, 'You sinned, therefore you're not a Christian,' don't believe him. As long as you're 'in Christ', you're simply a Christian under construction. Knowing that takes a powerful weapon out of Satan's hands.
