IN HOUSE MEMO

The Person posting that i always fall out with my PAs, you try but you no try well enough... Do you have a job? i employed my last PA when she was in the university, she graduated and married and had a baby and wanted to move on to do business so i let her go....

She no longer concentrated on the Job and I guess it was time for her to move on.... She probably has a lot of money that needs to go into spending....

Please note that i didn't sack her, i sent her on two days suspension becos of this lack of concentration, thinking she would resume refreshed and ready to work .I mailed her on the 24th to resume work and then she replied excitedly ready to work and the next two minutes she mailed me saying she wanted to resign .....

I had a good laugh when i got that email cos i already knew she would do this cos it was her 2nd time it, if you scold , she resigns...hehehehehehehehe 

I am actually a very good boss but my problem is i will squeeze you until you give your best, if you are lazy you will run with complains..

And yes i had plans for her .... I always give large monies to those working for me during xmas period.. Blog PA got 100k last year, this year would have been more to be sent this week..... The other person working for me got 200k (abi i lie?) LOL

If you think i always have problems with my PA its all good oh, there must always be personality clash but we can settle and move on....

Make she Go do business make i face my work.....

If she ever needs free advert for the alleged business, I will give it.

To another gist, our blog celeb Teejay mailed me with a new email(I blocked the last one many months back) to wish me seasons greetings and i responded nicely, he said he misses me, abeg i go anywhere? LOL, Teejay teejay well done, nah me miss you pass oh.... You can come out of anon and start commenting again, nobody pursue you comot before.....

Jeweluchi Choc Noir mailed me some days back and said she has been trying to call me and i didn't pick her calls.. She has been sick and in hospital and God has healed her.... she said something about coma.. GOD ABEG!

I told her to call me again with the new number.. she says she is currently in Nigeria.... so lets wait it out..... Thank God for sparing my little sister!

Any other gist i forget? Data will be given out when my i confirm a new PA to do the compilations.....

I have a question to ask... Can 50k buy a new phone? what type?

- Do not be afraid to correct your younger ones. Most times, we do not want to be seen as the bad cop, hated or insulted. However, wisdom today says it is ok to spank and correct an erring sibling with knowledge.


- Do not envy anyone. Rather, stick with the diligent and prudent ways of wisdom. Be a student of wisdom and not just a follower. A student asks questions. Be a student of whatever you believe in. Remember that the fear of God is for diligent students. You cannot say you fear God and not clarify information.


- What do you say to justify your drunkenness? Wisdom today says be cautious especially this period. If you must drink, do not get drunk. Also, be careful not to get drunk on the things you have no business in.
