    1. It's only if you didn't grow up in Nigeria that you won't miss it. I used to miss Nigeria anytime I get belle because of buka food πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. Christmas day, food wise sometimes.
Nigeria is too expensive to come too now il rather travel to places in Europe.

    3. How many amongst those without political connections/patronage or fx based jobs are doing well?

Let us be telling the truth when we see it.

Even the typically arrogant and generally wicked Nigerian political rulers are gradually accepting that this emigration is affecting the country.

The doing good here is also tied to the emigrant remmitances.

I work 3 months and lounge 9 months. If nor be Adam wey chop 🍎, we were not created to slave. I don’t go and live anywhere, where bills nor go let me rest. In short I love ❤️ Nigeria πŸ‡³πŸ‡¬ to bits!!! I don’t do politics money or ftx trading. We use our brain 🧠 to navigate the world. We live large abroad! Thank God we are citizens’s of Zion, if you know what I mean. We globe trot!!! I already told myself until they relax all the yeye pcr test when I got back to Nigeria in September, because I never took the snake 🐍 bite; that I will not be going anywhere this year again, because the blanket of cold right now in North America , Scandinavia and UK nor be here o. Guys have a glorious new year celebration 🍾!!! Nigeria is blessed πŸ˜‡.

    11. Anon I no dey hear all those ones u dey talk. Personally I can’t live in a country where a simple drive can lead to death by a policeman’s gun or kidnapping or accident. Nigerians complaining all day of taxes abroad never pack their load to come and join Una in Nigeria and make way for others. So that should tell you something. When we get cold we turn on heater and there are many coats we can wear. Humans are adaptable. You just choose what is worth adapting to. Make everyone rest

Or mess up opportunity for well meaning Nigerians that deserve a chance here and will appreciate it here. It’s even better. Stay back in Nigeria!

    2. Anon relax, after 2 years I single handedly funded the funeral of my mother, I didn't feel financial strain. If I was in Nigeria, I would be running from pillar to post looking for assistance. 5years is a long time anyway, this is my 3rd year and damn! Life is good. NB I am an android developer.

    3. Well that’s the low expectation you set for YOURSELF according to YOUR own Low level of ability. Because you are not useful in a civilised society na. That’s why you can’t make it abroad and you are here yanning that others can’t. The truth is If you are a useful n smart person u can make it abroad in less time. Many that arrive Canada in few months get amazing jobs that earn more than u probably do now . Keep lowering your expectations and you won’t grow

    4. Nigerians and refusing to inform themselves. I don’t mind the cold. And it’s not like it’s cold year round or the coldest place in the world. Humans are just insatiable. I’ve learned to look at the positive side of things and how they have improved and Thank God for the opportunity to be here. Most of you don’t get it. Just living a life of ingratitude. If you can’t stay in cold or pay taxes then stay and enjoy how Nigeria is then stfu and Don’t come! We don’t need to hear why u can’t live abroad and we don’t care to!. You can simply go home to naija and allow more appreciative people make their way here. Simple. Already uk took on too many Nigerians and we see how that is making the place to turn out. Honestly the less of u here, the better.

    1. You would need to learn French to boost your scores without a masters. And your scores will be good only if you are 29yrs and below. From 30yrs and above with no masters just go through school and/learn French.

From spring next year, their immigration scheme won't only be based on only high scores anymore but occupation based. Abeg I just tire for the whole thing.

    2. Yes, you can but you will need to check your score with CRS counter. It must be a minimum of 67 points.
You will need to evaluate your degree with WES (world education system)
You will need to write ielts general
You will then enter into the Canadian express entry pool.
Currently the draw score is about 480 something. Hope and pray your score meets it. Join groups that will guide you. All the best.

    3. Honestly I would say u should try your luck . For anyone I would say stop asking your questions or deliberating and simply go
For it. As for the age stuff that the anon mentioned, that’s just a bit of bullshit because other things can count in your favour apart from age. I know someone in late 30s that applied and got it in a year without learning French. Though she has a masters and work experience. It won’t hurt to try. But wasting time may hurt you. Just go for it

Even speaking with their dad, he said he didn't miss anything oo. And these people were very very okay in Nigeria. You are people will now be f'iku we orun lai lai. Them no relate gaskia

  15. To the Anon saying “he is doing better in Nigeria”, that is the exact mentality that got Nigeria into the mess it’s in. It’s not an individual race. It’s about the collective, the country being better not only individuals doing better. The good roads, healthcare system, educational system, water, sewage, roads & other infrastructure, good schools etc are NOT for the millionaires or upper middle class only.

A society is measured by the “least of these” not the celebrities or the politicians or rich ones. It’s the reason our image in the media is based on the 90% who are very poor not the 0.01% that live in banana island, we have thousands of “better than-banana island” subdivisions in the US! It’s the sentiment that makes a politician in power buy a N500m house with no water, road, recreational or sewage infrastructure & he thinks it’s normal to dig his own borehole, soak away, get generators etc forgetting that with good governance things will be better for both him & his driver! Heck he won’t even have a personal driver or a personal “garage door opener” in human form called “maigard” .

The day we realize the need to look out for the entire country is the day real national planning will start. Yes you may have more money in the bank but where is the healthcare system? People get very sick & are treated whether they are rich or poor, they pay when they get better. In Nigeria it’s cash & carry. Even the president travels abroad for healthcare. Ever heard of a US President sending kids to school abroad or being treated abroad. Clinton Rhodes Scholarship was purely an academic achievement. The furniture, decor, carpet, flowers, babariga/agbada, lace etc even in AsoR is imported, the only things local to Nigeria are the local food. Even the Garri sold here now is from Ghana! La Raza is the mantra of societies that intend to develop else the scramble to loot & enrich personal pockets at the expense of the country continues until the masses have no choice but to revolt. We need to change that mindset of me, myself & I & look for ways to get the country working.

    2. God bless you o. You put my thoughts into words. I guess people who have no problem with how Nigeria is are the selfish ones that don’t feel empathy for the poor or the average Nigerian . Tbh Nigeria does not have enough infrastructure and resources to support its growing population . So moving out of Nigeria actually helps it in a way
