This was how that of last year started here, from February last year, there was no one straight week that fuel was available,. From February to December last year .

My experience for church last Sunday wasn't funny at all. And na my small stature cause am oh
ReplyDeleteI sat beside one elderly woman, d type of elderly woman dat uses eyes to correct mothers when their kids are misbehaving in d church, and also uses corner eye correct pikin wen disturbing.
The campus students of d church get prog and they later call dem for thanksgiving, this mama tap m first time and told me to go and join my friends, i didn't answer, she tapped me second time i adjusted my seat thinking it was mistake
The third time she snapped at me to go n join my mates for thanksgiving since i refuse to participate in their activities
The tapping no b here, the thing pain me small and i tell am with mild anger in me say mama abeg na stature i no get i no my age

Only for me to come back and carry my loads, the Aboki was now asking me if i sent a boy to come and carry my load for me? I said No..
Aboki was surprise, he said that the boy claim i sent him to carry the load for me, so he ask the boy to wait for me till i come back. Naso the boy Japa.

Who am i Lord that you're mindful of me. me that was cussed out and insulted some years ago.They call me aunty gwegwe,old mama youngie,some said i over selected abi over shakara when men we're coming for me. Me that used to be the life of the party and so full of life started doubting myself. I started withdrawing into my shell bcuz all there negative words was beginning to bear fruits in my life. I almost stop going to church or serving in church. I decided to put the pieces of my life together and started serving God again in 2018 like never before. I changed my wardrobe bought new shoes with matching bags and started slaying once again to occasions like no man's business. I refused to allow all their evil side talk pull me down no more. i was living my best life with no apologies to any bagger. Boom out of nowhere before the end of 2018 God sent my handsome husband my way and by 2919 ending we got married and now we're blessed with two kids all to the Glory of God. All my mockers God have silenced them forever. Some of those evil people refused congratulating me after i got married and delivered a baby. You see Life? Some of them are secretly happy i was single so that they will see something to be mocking me with. God pass them. My sister shattered my plans and put me in a fix,we rented a two bedroom apartment to share the rent together, d rent is 350k,she brought 100k,I paid d rest, and we packed in, after which she paid gradually paid d balance,so d rent expired November, before then,she leaves virtually everything for me,d light, gas,water, house chores and foodstuff.i asked her to bring her own part of rent, which is 150k (300k as subsequent)sisterly started telling me story,I paid landlord what I had,she now said she can't kee herself,she will look for where to pack her things to, meanwhile she works and earn salary,I'm now running around looking for hw to balance rent,hmmm,help me lord

DeleteLet her pack out asap. You can look for a flatmate that would rent the other room. Just be sure to tell the person that it's not a 1 year lease. It's not ideal to live with a stranger but it will give you time to save up money to get a more affordable 1 bed or self contain that you can afford to rent alone.

Why wasn't she rescued at the end? What did she really uncover? And again, what was the point of the movie? Or is it me that is not understanding?

DeleteThat movie is Tobore Ovuorie true life story, she did it to reveal what's going on in the human trafficking and prostitution world. It's not an overhyped movie, it deserves every attention, it's like you watching a mathematics-based or career-based movie and expecting it to end in a certain way, things don't work like that, just that some Nigerians are not used to such yet.

ReplyDeleteMy neighbor's daughter , about 12/13 years did one display this week. My neighbourhood Is a new site so the streets are quiet at times.
Her mother is late,her father is usually away on business. She and her 2 siblings are usually in grandpa and grandmas care.
I was about stepping out of my house, when I caught a sight that surprised me.
I saw this girl and her immediate brother about 10years in front of their house(on the street). What caught my attention was that she was looking left and right like she was about to do something bad but she didn't notice me at all.
Her brother was drumming. She was wearing Jalabia. Next thing she raised the Jalabia up to reveal a pink short skirt underneath,she pulled the skirt down a bit to show the black tights she was wearing, shooting out her bumbum as well then hurriedly dropped the Jalabia.
She did the look around to see if anyone is watching thing, then she kukuma removed the skirt completely.
She looked around again and then for the third time she raised the Jalabia and started twerking. I was shocked👀👀👀
And then her brother saw me but couldn't warn her, a few seconds later she also saw me and then stopped the dance. Then she sat quietly.
My initial instinct was to tell Grandma to keep an eye on her, but I have decided to mind my business.
Parents watch your children o. These children know things!

DeleteSo it happened few weeks ago when I went to get attachment to braid my hair, so the owner of the salon where I bought the attachment from was trying to convince me to make the hair in her salon then she said she is going to make the hair very nice for me and she isn't one of those hair dressers that when they make hair for you, you would go broke for a long time, that is they touched your head with their bad luck hands . Omo I was shocked, so things like this actually happenes? God have mercy.
