Saturday and Sunday are free days for me, my boss wanted me to still come on Saturday, I told her that I needed Saturdays to fix things in the house, go to market, cook , wash etc. Sunday is for small rest. She said I will miss some of the things she teaches the other apprentices on Saturday as there are two women who are working class ladies and only come on Saturdays/public holidays. I just told her Ok, let me not argue too much.
Meanwhile, I'm glad she sews really nice Igbo blouses, in this part of the south West, there are not many tailors who make that. I can't wait to start making them for my Igbo neigbours who have been complaining about their tailors.
