 Shout out to .........

IN HOUSE MEMO

How everybody dey?
Make una enjoy the day dey go....
let me clear something here....

BV Pinky does not disturb me for Money, all the times i gave him was out of my free will...He only asked me for small money once those days when he was single and i gave.... He is a smart man and one of the unfortunate ones that naija has dealt with but he is a jolly good fellow.....

I dont want to boast on his behalf but this young man is developing a property somewhere with his sweat and doing it brick by brick and i have been following the process and not given him one kobo even though i know he needs some help... He has not asked me either and i totally respect him for that...Pinky is a rare gem and i really like him a lot and proud of his progress....I use the word progress becos i know how he started...

You people should give him a break, this time he has refused to let anyone frustrate him out of here.... I also use this time to celebrate his beautiful wife, A BV that he met on the blog and married and she has helped in molding him into a good one

After BV Eka Joy ( who i dont see eye to eye with but love cos of her success story) he is my next fave person...Oh i have a long list oh....BV Cynthia is among; Martins too, we started from the scratch and now?.. Una plenty, even milkshakes and shootergal are on the list...hahahahahahahahahahahahha GOD ABEG!!!

I think i also have the hater list for those who do not like me.....I dont have any entries, please put your name on the list so i can give u a shout out

PINKYS CORNER

Why Jealousy?

Jealousy is a difficult human emotion that can hold us back from attaining happiness. We might feel jealous because we feel inferior to other people, be it in our relationships, our friendships, our experiences, our careers, our marital life, or our financial status. Jealousy can be caused by low-self esteem or a poor self-image when you do not feel confident in yourself.

why are you always sad when you see people making headway?, why can't you pray to God to bless you in order for people to celebrate you? why busy wasting your precious time killing yourself inwardly because you feel what the other party is doing is not worthwhile? hmmmmmm, you know what?

The envious die not once, but as often as the envied wins and not only that, it causes jaundice to your soul. You become jealous because you fail to get yourself along with positive people who ASK, PLAN, IMAGINE, CREATE and IMPROVE.

Lastly, "Jealousy is a disease; love is a healthy condition. The immature mind often mistakes one for the other or assumes that the greater the love, the greater the jealousy".– Robert Heinlein.

Ask yourself, Why am I always jealous?

Jealousy is a strong destructive emotion that we sometimes cannot control...A person born into poverty and a person born into wealth can be jealous of each other if one has what the other does not have...
Sometimes people who are successful can feel jealousy towards someone who is not.....
I have once felt jealousy at a point in my life but not anymore...
Jealousy is destructive, if you are reading this and on this table, i am not judging you but asking you to free yourself ...

  8. Last year I had an experience with lending money that wasn't repaid.
One of our neighbors knocked on our door 6 months ago in the evening. He looked distraught and agitated. He wanted to see my husband.I told him my husband was out of town.Because of the way he seemed agitated, I asked him what the matter was.He said they were bereaved. His mother-in-law passed and his wife traveled to the village.
Before she traveled she cooked food and stocked the house but it had finished and he had no money.
That day was a Saturday and it was 6 pm already. His children were going to spend the weekend hungry because he had no money.
He told me how much he needed and asked if I could lend it to him. It was something I had so I gave it to him.He promised to pay me back on Monday.I told him it was fine although I decided not to take it back if he returned it.He saw me on Sunday and reminded me he'll pay on Monday. On Monday he did the same thing but he never paid all through the week.Weeks passed and I heard nothing from him. One day I ran into him talking with a neighbor. I greeted them both and went into our apartment.Later that day he showed up.at our door telling me he felt bad not to have kept his promise. He said business had been bad.I told him it was fine. In my mind I felt at least he had reached out unlike some people and I wasn't even going to take it back if he returned it, I just expected him to keep his word.
Weeks later I saw him and he told me his items had arrived and he was going to get them to sell so he could repay me.Ladies and gentlemen, it's been over 5 months since he said that to me.
Till today I've heard nothing about that money.
I see him almost every day and no mention is made of the money.
Instead, he asks me about the 3 J's and my family. He smiles and goes away.
I've never asked him anything about it.
I see him doing his business and earning money but he won't return the money he borrowed.
I decided I'll never ask him but would also never be of assistance to him again.
Why did he promise to repay? He could have asked for assistance and not borrowed money.
It's the same for so many of us. Borrowing money we don't intend to repay.
Even if we do we wait until a misunderstanding has taken place before paying in pieces meals that the money borrowed becomes useless and can't be used to solve a need. people should learn to differentiate between please I need money and I need to borrow money because they are not the same.
Please I need money means that you need help because you can't repay the money if you borrow.
I need to borrow money means there should be a plan to repay the money borrowed.
Unfortunately, both people who need money and need to borrow money use the same language and never pay back.
Someone else asked a few days ago why people borrow money in bulk and never repay it or repay it in piece meals that it becomes useless.
They'll borrow 100k and repay it in 5k when that wasn't the agreement.
They'll begin to repay it that way after you have quarreled because they are playing you around and have exceeded the date of repayment pretending not to know.
These days I no longer lend money to anyone except it's my siblings, Biko I don't have.
Let us learn to be honest and it'll save us lots of heartaches.
Learn to keep your promises, especially as regards borrowing money. Don't borrow the money you can't repay.
Ask for assistance from people Instead. At least they'll give what they have and you won't have to repay.

In my early years I was team support a man lets grow together, until I discovered that God did not create me for that kind of life. They came after me with their greed and poverty level, like say now me make their parents average. I remember my mom telling me then to hang out with my kind.
When I started meeting my kind , they will say you are a rich girl you don't need anything.
I am currently so used to my peace and alone time, with God! I now realised that men were bringing unnecessary drama into my life.
The reason why I love dj cuppy!

  23. So I've been asking myself this question since yesterday..
As a young Nigerian boy here in Nigeria, what do I stand to gain from relationship or marriage??

By the grace of God, I've peace, rest of mind, I'm happy, very limited drama in my life etc etc..

Why should I leave this comfort and go into a relationship/marriage?

What do I stand to gain from a relationship/marriage if I have to sacrifice all this for it?

I think this waiting for a ready made man is dangerous, cos when most men become ready made, seeing all the sweetness they enjoy, they don't want to marry anymore.. especially to a lady who never sacrificed anything for them or wasn't there with them when they were still hustling.. no be to come around come dey form chef for house wey you no follow build, ontop foodstuffs wey your one Naira no dey and using WE and US in every sentence.. Omo you just dey whine yourself oh,. Shi Shi respect, that man no go give you.. the same way you enjoyed your prime and didn't want to get hooked back then is the same way he wants to now also enjoy his prime without feeling hooked,. All the whole insults, manipulations and calling him a man-child who doesn't want to grow up na your own wahala..

Waiting for readymade men is very dangerous,. But what do I know..

Abroad, people get Married so they can support and make life easy for eachother,. They plan projects with one resources and day to day runnings with the other resources, infact like for example in Germany, the tax you pay as a married couple is less than the amount you'll pay as a single person,. So these and many more are some of the advantages of getting married overseas unlike here where it just seem like the man is about to sign up for slavery,. Work and work till you die for someone that feels entitled and in most cases not even appreciate it..

    Anyway, back to my question..

What do I have to gain from relationship or marriage as a Nigerian guy living in Nigeria?

PS: please don't say sex, we all know many single guys are having more sex than married men these days due to their wives denying them their bodies for one reason or the other..
    Also, don't say children abeg,...

    6. Lol@Dante.

When you marry, Nigerians will start calling you "a responsible man".

In year 2000, my then Boss took time to clarify that it is not because a married man is really responsible than a bachelor/single man. Then, he explained to me why a married man is called "responsible". It was a big surprise.

If I repeat here what my boss (a Havard trained man) married to a medical Professor told me, Stella may not post. Meanwhile, he was then encouraging me to marry. And almost every married man I know, including those who encouraged me to marry and praise their wives, say the same thing in different words. Some even say their mothers, female relatives and good female friends say the same thing about men/women/marriage.

So, Dante, if you want to marry, marry. And the good part of it is that there are women who fit you and want a man like you. When you meet one, you would have been married for almost 7 years before you will remember you ever made a post like this. Then you will chuckle to yourself. When your wife ask why, if she saw you chuckling, you will say "nothing I just love you".

      Lol.

As for being ready made, do not worry. There are only three ways about it. Without saying "our money" a good woman will increase the already made money then you will accept it is joint money. Or help you keep it, and you will willingly give/share out of it. Or a bad/ill- fated woman will trash it. Only those three options. Knowledge dispel fears.

      Mr. Mann

    7. Hello Dante..This is my very first comment ever ,you seem like a very sweet person to me,asking questions help for better understanding . Hence ,am gonna try to answer in my little way.. Marriage wasn't meant for anyone to go with the understanding of what to gain,it's a union that takes alot from you ,for so many reasons ,the idea of what am I gaining has been most of our ideals in marriage, but the truth is you expect nothing and give as much as you can . Here is where the bone of contention is .Can you have someone with such ideals as you have..can she be ready to give her all as well, not as a asslicker ,but as someone who is ready to grow , likewise you...Take for Instance the Proverbs 33 in all truth she gave her all.
EPHESIANS 5:25 speaks to the man he gave himself...never does God expect anything from us when he chose to die on the cross? ,There is a reason God had to compare his love for us as to what husbands should do.
I pray you get your answers ,check you inner self you are a spirit being, keep asking God would give you your heart desires... lolss from one of your fan...

      Delete
    8. @Dante,I am late to this party you started. To be honest, not everyone is made for marriage..as one anon has said, if indeed you choose to get married, do so with zero expectations, besides, I think you dislike the female gender and what the world is turning them into,so in my opinion, you will be happier single and that's okay too.

      Delete
    9. Some day, you will be old and frail. Your siblings will be in the same space but will be taken care of by their partners, children and grandchildren. In that time, you would look at your generation and congratulate yourself on that achievement.

In your frail age, no girlfriend or lady friend will be there to look after your weak bones because life happened / is happening to them. They won’t sit to gist with you. They won’t give you a warm bath, massage your feet nor cut your nails. This peace you think you have now will become an echo in an empty house. You will wish to hear the shrieks and patter of running feet playing hide and seek or coming to hug you. Your friends will be in their houses or homes being looked after by their family.

Unless you have loads of money and plan on admitting yourself into an old people’s home (abroad - they have good ones). If not, Dante, kindly look beyond the now you see and carefully select and settle with someone you can relate with.
      I come in peace ☺️😊

  41. I'm a first time pregnant 29yr old lady and the baby is still in a breech position at 38weeks, is it advisable I get booked for C.S or wait 2 weeks more and hope I don't go into labor in this position, I'm really worried.
