      I remember a woman who would go to parties mainly to scout for food. This woman was nicknamed mo gbo mo branch. Later we found out that she was married a very useless man. The man won't let her work nor provide for her and the children.
      He would beat her blue black. Her mother found out what she has been going through, called boys and parked the woman's load out of his house.
      If you see her now, she is doing better and her complexion don change patapata, Omo this woman fine ooo. You don't see packing food like before.

    Growth always begins with a decision. 'Follow me and be my disciple...So Matthew got up and followed him' (Matthew 9:9 NLT). Matthew didn't understand all the implications of his decision; he simply decided to follow Jesus. That's all you need to get started: a decision. Nothing shapes your life like the decisions you make. If you want to know what you'll be twenty or thirty years from now, examine the commitments and priorities that rule your life. It's at the point of commitment that most of us miss God's best. Because we are afraid to commit to anything, we make half-hearted commitments to too many things and end up frustrated because we chose the wrong things. And when we commit to the wrong things we end up living with regrets. Every choice has consequences, so choose wisely.

    Christlikeness is the result of making Christ-like choices, then depending on Jesus to help you fulfil those choices. And he will: 'You were...taught to become a new person created to be like God, with a life that truly has God's approval and is holy' (Ephesians 4:24 ).

    Good morning my fellow Christian BVs. Please I need an urgent advice. I was worshiping in a particular church before I lost my job and relocated to another place. At my new place, I joined another church, got another job, have a side hustle and doing better. Let's say my salary is 100k while I make like 150k monthly from my side hustle.
    I have been paying 10k as tithe from my main salary to my former pastor and the tithe of N15k from my hustle to my new pastor. Pls is it right or I should pay every thing ie N25k tithe to this my present church.

      I nor agree. It's my husband's duty to provide and he'll do it. My dad provided for my mum and that's the type of marriage I know. My husband is ready to open mouth to eat whatever I bring even if I sleep with someone else. I don tire. I owe here and there because my husband does not have a permanent job and has been out of job since September. Make all of us hungry. I refuse to borrow, I refuse to beg. He's a man, he should bring solution.

      True, it's very irresponsible and should have been a red flag for the teacher who now wants to know what he things of her. For all you know, he probably thinks that knocking her will make his child get good grades. Some people have a different way of thinking/justifying their decisions.

    Motherhood duties have tripled. I now bend while walking, the episiotomy site be giving me serious pains that comes with headache. I pray it heals and goes back to normal.
