  1. I don't understand how armed boys will stop you and ask for your phone or cash, and you'll be dragging with them. Some people get mind sha!!
We don't pray for such ugly situations. But please, if boys block you, just give dem the phone or money jejé. They have nothing to lose if they maim or kill you. But you have your whole life ahead of you. Plus, you can always replace what's stolen. Please stay safe and stay alive.

    1. May God not allow us be in this kind of situation. It's not easy to give up your phone. Some people that phone is everything to them.

    2. This has always been my mindset in case I encountered dem boys, why would I foolishly argue with someone with guns, not even with Nigeria police. This reminds me of my sister in-law encountered last year in Port Harcourt, Artillery bus stop precisely, she was closed to the bus stop when she was stopped by this guy, the next thing she saw was gun, he collected everything from her, including her phone but she's alive today with a better phone. Thanks for the advice.

  4. Our Confidence In His Name!!
    Philippians 2:10-11.

    Excerpts!!

"There’re those who wonder why we use the Name of Jesus in prayer. That’s because they don’t understand the Scriptures and the power in the Name of Jesus."

"His Name is the name of the God-head; it’s the greatest name there is. Everything in heaven, in the earth, and under the earth is subject to His Name. Nothing and no one is exempt from the dominion and authority of this Name."

"Live every day in His Name and your life will be excellent and full of glory; you’ll always be triumphant."

    Prayer!!

Dear Father, I thank you for the power in the Name of Jesus, and the boldness, confidence and authority I have to use that Name against the devil, sickness, disease and the crises of life. I’m sustained by the power and authority of that Name, living the higher life of glory that you prearranged for me, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

How’s this monetary policy affecting you and the people around you?
It’s biting really hard but I’ve got no option but to keep my head up and keep moving.
Someone needed money yesterday and out of the ₦1,700 I had, I gave the person 1k hoping to get some more before the day goes down but I was disappointed. I’m currently cash strapped and I need cash but no one to help.
God help us as we keep going.
    Have a lovely weekend y’all.

    1. I've never seen a country more divided.
As much as I agree that it is alright to have diverse opinion about issues but I don't see it as alright when we choose to be divided in the face of war.
I don't think it's a great idea for us to not put our voice together and stand against injustice and war against the masses.
How can the masses speak with different voice when their rights are trampled on? Some even boldly standing with the tormentors but claim to be fighting for the masses.
      Let us shine our eyes.
      ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
It's high time we all of us UNITE and take back our country.
Let's UNITE and take back what belongs to us.
Let us UNITE and take all they have stolen from us over the years.
Only unity is the answer, they win when we are divided.
Let's boldly go to the ballot box with anger for what we have passed through and are still passing through.
Do not be deceived cos a lot of demons will also come to the ballot box to sway you to their side. They will offer you what might seem as a saving grace to get you to their side, however, don't give it a second thought.
Make your choice and stand by it. Do right by your future and you'll surely be grateful you did when you look back.

  12. I moved in to a new compound. I leave the house 7am - 6pm Monday -friday. I have only Saturday to wash my clothes, do house chores and Sunday after mass is for cooking and sleeping. I noticed that the people in the compound rush out to spray cloths as early as 6:30am on Saturdays. We have only one space in the compound where cloths can be sprayed. These women have maids who can wash other days in the week and one is a housewife who is not working.
I am worried. I hardly see a place to spray my clothes. I hate fighting or struggling for things. How can I handle this without causing unnecessary enemity.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Explain this to them calmly as possible. The clothesline is for everyone and there should be an adjustment made. Or you can wash on Sunday. But I will advice you go with the option

    2. Buy that baby hanger and use it to be hanging your clothes

      Delete
    3. Get uour own personal stand where you can dry your clothes.

    4. Wash your cloth at night or very early in the morning b4 5am, by 5.30 start spreading them on the wire. But make sure you greet all your neighbours that very day 😁😂😂😩

    5. Buy that baby clothes hanger, you can save and buy two. Bring them out every Saturday and spread your clothes on them. Simple!
They are not made for nursing moms alone, I had one when I was a single lady, kept it in our corridor to spread my clothes during rainy season

      Delete
    6. Get ur own lines or hangers that comes with rope,u will take it inside after use and bring it out when u need it simple

      Delete
    7. Kindly buy a baby's clothesline and end all theses wahala! You can spread your bed spread and even curtains there for days till it gets dried..the only thing I share with my neighbors is the main gate we all passed daily,I have balcony I spread my clothes and still have baby's clothesline for briefs and undergarments

    8. Buy baby hanger , that's what I use and I wash my clothes whenever I want without stress.
