When Walmart first expanded, people pretended to fall down inside some Walmarts or a junior staff claimed profiling or sexual harassment due to language such as this from some supervisors. They paid out so much until they trained staff on what constitutes harassment (it can be verbal), put caution signs of “wet floor” if someone spilled something or some liquid spilled and installed more technologically advanced surveillance systems.
