PINKYS CORNER

Nothing Musa No Go See For Gate
My question is, do people still give beggars money ni or what? And if no, where do they get the plenty cash with them and these cash are not even old notes of 1k and 5h but new note and a lot of old notes of #200 and #50.

Yesterday morning, I went to the bank to see if I will be able to get cash for business ooo, I got to one bank and I waited for like an hour and was so tired then decided to quickly get to somewhere else to check for cash ,on getting to sango bus stop beside Total filling station, I saw some people standing but I wasn't moved until I saw someone holding a lot of cash.

I moved closer and behold it was one Hausa woman that I have seen and given money several times at Mokola round about, under the bridge, she was there with one other Hausa guy. These two were having enough cash and giving it out to people while they make transfer to their bank account with charges.

Their charges is #200 on a thousand. You need to see the way people gathered round. The louts and touts standing close to the scene were busy laughing and saying " atorobara to n cash out" then I was sure she is the same person at Mokola round about.

The question is , if you are the one, will you still give this same person money whenever you pass through the area where she sits to beg for arm? Because I give these beggars including this same woman each time I pass through that side.

WOW... that means they are not really beggars but do it for a living ....
If it is me, i will not give again, beggar with bank account? or did i not read well? i wont give again!

SHOCKING GISTS

there is a common practice in Delta Central, among the Okpe's and Urhobo's commonly known as the collection of 'DEMAGE'

If a woman commits adultery normal thing for husband to do is to forgive her or send her away. But is not like that here in Delta Central. The husband of the woman and his family will arrest the man that slept with his wife, they will now collect 7 wrappers goat, yams, plaintain, 20 litres of oil,7 bottles of Lord's Gin and #120:000.

The husband's brothers will flog the man 7 strokes of Cain or the man will pay #10.000 not to be flogged. But , recently they have increased the money to #250.000.
The woman that committed adultery, will not suffer any punishment, the family of the husband will only appease the gods on her behalf. I know a woman that the husband and his family have collected "DEMAGE' from three different men and she is still living with her husband.

In Delta Central, if an adult defiles a child, instead of the family to arrest the man and charge him to court. They will not do any of such thing. Rather when they get to the police, they will tell the police that they want settlement. They will now tell the man that defiles the minor to pay DEMAGE' fee and "VIRGIN' fee at the end of the day the man will now pay #150:000. From the the money, the child's family will now buy wrappers for the child's mother.

The one that happened recently, I told the child's mother to stop talking to me. A 29 years old man her, defiled her 4 year old baby and he was arrested. I asked her not to agree to any settlement in the police station, that they should take the man to court so that he will suffer for his crime but she later went with her husband to police station for settlement and they settled for #200.000.

I just removed myself from the matter. Unknown to her the guy did not rent house there he came to live with his friends. As soon as they bail him from police station he ran away. Even his guarantor address was fake address.
She was now complaining to me I told her immediately to get out of my house and she should stop greeting me.
How una see am???????

WHAT!!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me? oh my goodness!!!!

  6. Yesterday, I met with his Excellency Rotimi Ameachi in Rivers State. A simple and classic man. Man looking so young and fresh like Agege bread😁😁

I took a photo with him. My kids will get to see their father with the Lion of Ubima. A great man and a leader.

Someone asked me that yesterday, between Him and the other man in power who's older in age. I told the person Ameachi is older with two years or so. I knew why he asked.

While Ameachi looks younger and fresh, the other man looks bleached and rough unlike he was eight years ago before he got into power.

I went further to tell this person that, while I believe Ameachi sleeps very well at night, I can't say of the other person. I said that seeing the many battles he brought upon himself.

Everyone in Rivers State is now campaigning for votes. It's okay. We will all see how it will play out on Saturday.

Yes oo the APC Ameachi. I don't play politics of party but individualism. In my state for example, Frank Nweke Jnr is in APGA and the most qualified man for the job. My affiliation for Labour Party doesn't mean I shouldn't support competence over party affiliation. If Peter Obi decamp to APC tomorrow, I will follow him to APC and vote for him there.

I'm routing for APGA to win in Enugu state.

I'm old enough to know about Ameachi and what he did in Rivers state. I won't hate him or throw him away cos he joined APC. We still have good and competent persons among the APC folk and Ameachi is one among them.

He then told my doctor that the young girl the accused doctors also delayed in treating had passed on. I was just cold. He then said that it was also their delays that caused the death of another patient. Kai, in my mind I was thinking about how many people have lost their lost due to unnecessary delays in commencement of treatment.

A few minutes later, she whispered to my ears asking me if she could have some fish too, I quickly said yes without hesitating even though I found it weird.

That's how this lady dipped her hand inside my fish nylon and took the 2 biggest fish tail, leaving with the head and and 1 middle. She finished eating hers and rubbed the oil on her wig. She is someone when you don't give her something she will squeeze her face and keep malice with you.

So I said, "take out of it".
The next thing she took a knife and cut off the big lap and left the upper part that was all bones on the plate. I wanted to cry.

I was supposed to have learnt my lesson but again another time I bought peanuts and she came just in time so I told her take out of it. The next thing she took everything and all she left me was three , pieces of peanuts. I told her to eat everything that I am okay.

  32. @pinky

We give not because people have or not. It's because we know/ believe we are more financially and materially blessed than them.
Moreover, when you give, you do yourself more good than the receiver. Because, in good measure, press down, shaken together and running over, God almighty causes men to give to you. - financially, materially etc
Plus, These receivers also take their time to pray for you and bless you.
Then, there is this personal fulfilment and joy you feel. Especially when you see the smiles and happiness on their faces .
Personally, I am glad she has a biz sense to increase her funds and do d present "money doubling" biz raining. Despite her illiteracy and limited exposure. Kudos to her.
Such woman will leave the street wen she makes reasonable amount of money.

So brother, still give her when you pass by if you are led to. It's more to your advantage than hers.
Remember, the hand of the giver is ALWAYS above the receiver.
We get bigger giving; Not receiving!

  53. Most beggers use begging as their business... Some of them u see , have built houses n bought lands /cows.. since the day I watched one Hausa movie on Africamagic about beggers.. my mindset changed..some of them disguise as beggers, but are filthy rich in their various states n send money to their family.
