    1. If you don't have common s.ense, don't let it be so obvious to the general public. Tummy fat has far less to do with food and more with exercise and genetic distribution of fat.

    2. Anon 13:04, you are mostly correct. I was very athletic and normal sized with a flat tummy but no matter what exercise or diet I did, I couldn’t get rid of my love handles. It was just my genetics to hold fat in this area. The only time I was able to get rid of it was when I dropped to an unnaturally low weight but I looked awful. I really didn’t like the way my clothes fit with the love handles so I did lipo a few years ago to get rid of this fat and it was successful. I have maintained my weight ever since and it hasn’t returned. If you don’t maintain your weight after lipo, you will put the weight back on. Your body composition will be different but you can still be fat. Some people seem to use lipo as a form of diet by going under the knife any time they put the weight back on. This can be very dangerous.

The truth is our celebs can't do without amala, ice-cream, jollof rice n chicken, shawarma.

  5. Cosmetic surgery can be addictive. You will never be satisfied with your body and will keep going back to rectify one part or another.

    1. Seriously addiction. If you look at the people - both men and women that has done cosmetic surgeries on their faces, they look alike. They have this drawn look, with ponmo lips, as if they want to cry. Very horrible. They should learn from the late Michael Jackson. Enough said!
