I have a friend that has suffered all the humiliation anyone can think of from her husband, but she stayed put. ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you. I wouldn't want to be an Arab woman living in an Arab country for anything! A country where you can't even decide what to wear in peace? How much more would they be suffering in marriage? I will manage being my Nigerian woman like that. Any Nigerian woman that wants to suffer in marriage in this present time is that one that suffer. As for me,I can't and won't suffer in my marriage for anything. It's been 8 years now and it's all good.

@Mercy, you are very correct. Arab women suffer in silence. They cannot run to social media like we do, they cannot divorce their husbands easily like us, if not, they can be killed.

As in the case of my child for a whole term boil was coming from different parts of his face we bought the most expensive antibiotics then, for where, the boils refuse to stop growing we now later discovered he was reacting to margarine because in a week he eats bread with margarine at least 4days.
