You not going to know by getting a vision or checking your horoscope. You will have to count, use an ovulation kit, or use a good period app. Please do not put any personal information in the app, just use it for period tracking. Test it for three months first, and if it nails your period right on the start date each month, then you can trust it.

I will start with the most important things
Deletebaby bath set,your hospital needs (which must have been given to u at the hospital), Bathing needs (soap, cream,sponge,comb, ori etc) i use baby secret set nd coconut oil instead of baby oil
Clothings (overalls, body suit n joggers), naming outfit, clothings of choice, shawl, flannel, sweater, singlet with pant, mittens, cap/hair band, socks. for cloth don’t buy too much 0-3 months, start from 3 to 6 months
Feeding: baby milk of choice (optional) i recommend nan/sma gold, feeding bottle set (i got mine for 8k), nursing bra, plastic with cover to store bottles, breast feeding pump ( manual or electric) manual goes for 5k while electric goes for 15k upward, breast pad to prevent milk from staining your clothes.
Diaper bag, diapers (i recommend you buy diaper pant as it’s easier to use) don’t buy new born size, buy the next one. The list no dey finish just buy what you can.
I have a samsung tab 4.4.4 which i want to exchange for another. I have been using it for five years now. It does not have what other phone has and its sort of old school. Try a private sale. Conduct the actual transaction in a busy public place if it is with a stranger. Also remember to factory reset the phone. There should be online marketplaces on Facebook or other places, and there is always a buyer for everything.
DeleteAdvertise it on your WhatsApp groups or status. Also on your Facebook groups or tell people around you. Just make sure you press factory reset to remove everything inside before selling it. Then add money to it and buy new one. I reserve my phone pack and reciept for years when I buy it. My present phone is three years old, its pack which contains the reciept too is kept safely.

DeleteDrink pure sugar-free cranberry juice daily. Also take Greek yogurt sugar free. None of these things will taste good, but healing comes at a price. Old school clinicians even suggested inserting the yogurt inside the vag, I am not sure if anybody does that.
Do not wear stockings or tights. Cotton underwear only. No sugar or simple carbs while you are treating. I would cut out almost all carbs and eat only protein and vegetables while treating. Use a gentle soap and wash your pants with the same soap you shower with, not laundry detergent. If you must use a laundry detergent then use an extremely mild one. Change all your underwear when you clear up. And purchase light colours, dark colours are full of dyes which can cause a plethora of problems. Keep away from jeans if you can and wear cotton or linen pants.
- Clean your toilet & bathroom thoroughly twice a week. After shower daily please rinse off the tiles.
Delete- Flush properly at all times.
- Use Lu-blue steadily
- Stop rolling tissues to put in your Vagina to trap urine (as panty liner)
- Pee when you are pressed not holding it for later
- If you have long nails, make sure you wash well before inserting in there when bathing to clean up.
- Only use water to wash your vagina nothing more please.
- Clean with water before sleep and do not sleep with undies, let it breath
- Drink a lot of water during the day.
- Reduce sugar/soda consumption please
- Change your pants every two/three months. i buy 4/5 dozen pants twice per year. (My set of pants are a minimum of 40 at a go so, i do not repeat pant often but wash immediately and allow to dry for long. Get Good Qualities please.
- Have balanced diet, reduce stress, sleep well.
- You can add Vit A 10,000 and Vit C 1000 one per day to help boost your immune system.
Relax your body will heal itself. Too much of constant medications is not good.

I asked a friend who is a tailor, she said I should go to a fashion school because it is faster. She said I will know how to sew in 3-6months and that most roadside tailors trained in a fashion school. She herself trained in one.
I went to three different places, the prices I heard can buy a small piece of land. I asked one student in one fashion academy like that if they teach them well, she said they(tutors) don't have their time most times.
There is this tailor about three streets from my house who sews well, she sews all these corset styles that is reigning, ball gowns, wedding gowns, casuals, etc, she is very good . I went to make enquiry and her fee is less than 100k. She said I will spend at least one year. Should I go to her instead?

I did hsg, pelvic scan and hormonal profile test, everything came back fine except the hormonal profile which shows am not ovulating. Clomid was prescribed to make me ovulate. But my period have refused to show and I really need to get pregnant.

DeleteAre you going through stress. Stress has been known to stop periods. Try to relax and take things off your mind. Exercise to reduce stress level. Cinnamon always brings on my period and I do not take it in large quantities, just the half a teaspoon I put in my smoothies. If I consume cinnamon for three days straight my period will come, no matter where I am in my cycle. If you want to trigger it, try cinnamon and you don’t need a lot, just half a teaspoon in your smoothie or pap.
