I'm yoruba but my mum came for my omugwo and was with me for 8months, followed by my MIL for another 2 months, nothing is cast in stones especially in yoruba land, we do these things as we see fit.

ReplyDeleteI too vit D n folic acid daily . I also took drink green tea 3times a week. Apple cider first thing in the morning not all mornings sha. Cut down on carbs. Like rice,eba, semo. I eat them but in small quantity with plenty of vegetable soup. Just make sure you cook with enough veg. Drink lots of water. Have sex regularly. Give your hubby yogurts, vit c( 1000mg). No more junks,fries, alcohol. And finally Pray Pray . Relax n have sex. Baby dust to you.

Dealing with endometriosis is hard, been having cramps all my life and thought it was normal, went to the general hospital, doctor says when you give birth, it will stop, relocated not up to 3 months,noticed i had shortness of breath, after biopsy, found at endo cells had spread to my lungs, I’ve had three thoracotomy and 1 thoracentesis, I’ve now been placed on a birth control pill till my lungs are better, then i can have a surgery to take out thr endo and fibroid,I’m still in severe pains, Please check that that cramps are normal, and if you come across this, say a word of prayer for me, it’s been extremely tiring especially in another man’s land

DeleteMy sister was on this table, she had option of microfinance Bank or loan app, she needed about 800k to supplement what she had. She didn't intend to tell the MFB she was travelling, her plan to to get there and pay back in installments as she already got a job before going.
DeleteAs a finance person, I advised her to get soft loans from family and friends as they'll be more understanding about repayment, MFB or loan app can mess up your credit record which will come up if your BVN is scanned, remember having a clean record is a requirement for jakpa.
I'll advise you the same, if you have no choice than MFB, pay back diligently before they escalate and cause problems for you and if family/friends borrow you, please don't betray their trust, pay back as agreed, let people not harden their hearts from helping others in future. All the best.
