Labour Party Presidential Candidate Peter Obi On Quote

  1. Peter Obi is right on this as always. If truly, APC really wanted a progressive Nigeria, Osibanjo or even Rotimi Ameachi would have been the option. Even a 'healthy' Buhari we saw what happened to the country not to talk of the one they brought again.

    2. I cannot fully blame Peter Obi since he paid for LP ticket and DID NOT contest primaries, he's also in the UK a lot so he might not fully understand or comprehend a DEMOCRATICALLY elected party candidate. He couldn't face it in PDP and ran to impose himself in a less competitive party, where he now wants to impose his will against long time party officials. Attempting to repeat his Anambra State cancellation of local government elections and semi autocratic rule as governor.

Now to fielding Prof. Yemi Osinbajo:
      1. The most important point to me, he was and is part of Buhari's failed government, what and where is the proof that he would have performed better than this government has performed so far?
      2. He had prior to this time not contested by him self in a public election. He's obviously a political novice. In a democracy knowing how to democratically move your constituent forward despite dissenting voices is crucial. At the very least most people agree Bola Ahmed Tinubu is a veteran in this regard.
      3. He ran and he LOST, it's that simple. He was not second, like Obi he came 3rd

Professor Osinbajo has shown he's excellent at law e.g when he worked with Lagos State and the loop holes he taught Buhari to indict the former CJN, etc. Note, we are not aware of positive influence he had on his principal as the Number 2 man in Nigeria. He instead allowed himself to be used in hopes that power would fall into his laps like it had in the past, despite attempting to undermine his real political support system.

    3. 20:54, say it louder for those with their heads in the sand waiting for a supreme court miracle.

They will still dig up this quote of his to Peter Obi when he looks to contest in 8 years. Was he not the running mate to baba Atiku few years ago and didn't he also attend the launch of his former principal's campaign this last run till he went to buy his own party when the heat became to much in the PDP he didn't help to maintain or build?

    2. i totally agree with his point. I would have prefer Tinubu being a President 20 years ago but today, he has health issues and the pressure on a president is not for a light hearted

    1. Prof Yemi Osinbajo didn't contest for primaries? Huh? πŸ˜πŸ™„

It would have been a neck to neck fierce battle for the presidential race between APC and Labor Party but no,they don't have sense, living in the 80s thinking the demoralised Nigerian youths will play along,Ina? For where?
Once Sir Obi gets the mandate, Prof Yemi,Dr Adeshina et all are so falling into the administration.

Instead they brought a frail oldie with catheter on his arms on a daily, yeye dey smell.

  7. My mouth fell open reading this. It's the exact question I asked people that asked me to support Tinubu.

  8. To be honest, Nigeria is way behind. We made a mess of the natural resources God blessed us with. I really wish we had electricity, just constant light even if nothing else. As a child I was traumatized by sleeping in total darkness and having scary dreams. Imagine sleeping in dark after watching sakobi, karashika and wiliwili. Chai, my soul was born in the wrong country. So grateful I now live in a country where they've taken light only once in over a decade I've been here. No more scary dreams. Good luck to Nigeria.

    1. Those movies were not fit for kids. Constant light cannot make up for the absence of parental or adult supervision.

  10. They know what they did. Nigeria is not anyone's personal property to make himself feel good.
