Good afternoon. I read a post once where a commenter claimed she was able to cure her long term vagina infection with neem supplement. Please, what brand of Neem supplement did you use?
ORGANIC INDIA Neem Herbal Supplement. it is specially for candida yeast infection and it works like magic. The 1bottle I bougth that got rid of mine was 17k as at last year
Good afternoon BVs, pls these beverages like cornflakes, milk, milo etc they use to sell in bags and share, is it healthy? I want to buy it for my kids. Thank you.
My elder sis warned me aginst it wen I wanted to buy.she said we don't know where it's been.with lassa fever and all sorts everywhere.and in d long run,wen it becomes harzardous which company would u hold responsible?
Poor handling. Some sellers pour it on a mat, use there bare hands to spread it in the name of advertising. Imagine sweat dripping onto flakes and cereals.
The one the anon bought is safe cos it's still in the bag, unlike those ones that are being retailed. I know someone whose sister buys in bags directly from the company in Lagos and waybills it down to Port Harcourt for her.
Please, how can I get here from Berger in Lagos State. Awe Event Center,178 Shagamu road, Odogunyan, Ikorodu, beside farm settlement nursery & primary school
Download “LARA APP” and put the address there;it will ask for your starting point and direct you in details from start to finish, with an estimate for bus fare also..
If you're driving, use Google map but if you're entering a bus.from berger enter a bus going to ikorodu drop at the last bus stop...ask those selling things at the bus stop where you can get Odonguyan bus or marwa.immediately your bus move from the park start reminding the driver where you are dropping.
From Berger, enter wagon car going to Shagamu town, no along express way.
Drop at the general park then enter bus going to NNPC Mosimo, to Ogijo to Sabo-Ikorodu. You'll drop after Ogijo, let the other passengers and the driver be in the know. You'll find the event center.

Both are fine. Reload is very good but a bit more expensive. I've used both, so I can say both are great If you're looking for healthy weight gain, don't just rely on them tho. They are multivits, to boost immunity mainly. I'll advise you change your baby's diet. Does he/she eat well? By eat, I mean rich foods that makes babies gain weight? Increase your number of feeds. I know cos my son had severe low birth weight. Till he was well over a year. And it was hell making him gain weight. But now i nor dey fit carry am. Good luck fam❤️
Avoid all these drugs,to avoid damage to the liver. What your child needs is vegetables and fruits. When I asked my doc to suggest a multivitamin for my kids, this is the advice I got from him.

However I have friends that left PH to Abuja and Lagos respectively few years ago during the soot wahala;none is regretting making the move and all wished they moved earlier..
Ask BVs areas outside Abuja that are Affordable;they would help..
ππππ calm down nah bv in Abuja. You can stay in mpape(5 minutes drive to town if there’s no traffic) dutshe, ushafa, mabushi this places are closer to town…
@ Martins and Anon, you don't necessarily have to live in the outskirts to get affordable accommodation in Abuja. There are several areas inside of town where you get mini villages with good housing and basic Infrastructures in place. Cost of livelihood in these places are very, very cheap compared to some areas outside town, when you consider transportation cost, food and the issue of the growing traffic. In all the major areas in Abuja il(Amac),every area, has a village. From the high and classy Maitama,to Asokoro,Jabi,Garki, etc, save for Wuse which is central with decent and affordable housing. But ,you must be careful, so you don't end up in areas where prostitutes or armed gangs are also resident. Good Luck
Since I moved to Port Harcourt, I have never experienced soot and it's almost a year. In terms of rent, Port Harcourt is cheaper but foodstuff is expensive though not much difference from Yenagoa
Martins you say Abuja is cheaper πππ poster come to Abuja body go tell you, please Port harcourt is cheaper especially rent so just move to PH jejely except you have 2.5m for 1 bedroom πππ
Pls, i need a name for a tested and trusted collagen supplement for 40yrs and above due to d fine lines and small wrinkles on my face including a wicked eye bag.
Just buy gelatine they use in making jelly your nail will grow overnight your skin will pop. Was using neocell collagen but I got better results with gelatine
Please how can create Facebook page in my Facebook cus they said I have to have a page in my Facebook before I can post a sponsor ad. Please Martin's and my follow bvs help
Martins and other nice Bvs, Please house, can Uk embassy have access to our Nigerian Int’l passport details. Like all those details inside or they’ll just work with the bio data page?
You submit your physical passport for visa application so yes they see everything in it, unless I didn’t get your question. What are you afraid of? Visa Refusal stamps in the passport? Doesn’t matter though
@Anonymous 15:37,probably relationship status wahalaππ
Married or single is not stated on the Bio page you have physically, meaning they can get all those other info, place of birth, maiden name, thumbprints etc when they have it physically and scan it..
Can someone who had similar issues help with this. I have a friend who is almost 3 months pregnant. Before pregnancy, she suffered a lot from heart burn but with the pregnancy, the heart burn has practically tripled. She can’t also keep food down, she’s always vomiting but the one that troubles her the most is the heartburn. She has tried several heartburn medications and some home remedies but it’s still as bad. Can anyone pls help with solution that may have worked for her. Pregnancy safe solutions pls
The only solution it reduce the vomiting. As she vomit, HCL from the stomach find its way to her heart which then causes the heartburn. My opinion though
She is probably allergic to some food. She needs to observe her diet to isolate what triggers the heartburn. She should eat small portions of food. No eating late.
Tell her to avoid food that triggers heartburn. Food prepared with palm oil such as Okpa, Beans e.t.c Avoid milk. Avoid fries. Eat green garden eggs and yellow one.
The symptoms may reduce after six months , towards third trimester.
she needs to see her drs, pregnant women are prone to reflux disease because the hormones relaxes the esophageal sphincter, before you now see the effect of the uterus compressing on the stomach, though at 3 months the uterine size is small. Remedies she can try for now would be to 1. Reduce spicy food and carbonated drinks 2. Avoid eating late 3. sit up for 30 minutes after meals before lying down 4. antacids such as gascol or gestid but she should also go for ANC, pregnancy is a period to be taking any medicine without proper clinical history, examination and investigation.
You surely was causing yours. It's basically about eating habits. She should see her doctor to run checks before taking any drugs. Every child comes with their own technique and manual.
Still trying to get the hang of Abuja and its supermarkets. I miss Lagos.π Can someone recommend a very well stocked pharmacy here in Abuja. Very well stocked. And anywhere in Abuja, as long as its stocked well I will go. Better than jumping upandan. *Not Hmedix

Good afternoon everyone. Please how safe is it to buy from Alibaba as a retailer not a wholesaler? I want to buy a Washing machine and the prices looked cheap, but my concern is the clearance issue with Customs. Martins please what durable and affordable brand of Washing machine can you recommend?Budget is between 100k to 150k for a 7kg at least or even 8kg. Do I need to increase the budget? And where will I be able to get one please?
Please Martin and everyone, please, how can I include my business place on Google map. Like, if someone is using bolt, it will show, when searching for location. Thanks
Please house will I be able to manage fibroid in the abroad than in Nigeria? I am asking because I have fibroid which I don't want to go under the knife, now I am about to relocate soon. I don't know if I can manage it there or get better care than here.
My sister had her surgery before relocating to Canada, because she was calculating how long it will take her to settle in and have access to good healthcare there, knowing how fibroid keeps growing.
Besides, it's a routine surgery in Nigeria so it hardly has issues, just go to a standard hospital. Make your decision based on the circumstances of your relocation. Good luck.
First which country are you relocating to? I just had a fibroid surgery in Feb... and barely 2 weeks later i was back on my feet. They handle fibroid better abroad. Btw i am in the US
Please, what can I do to make my skin glow and light, I'm a little bit fair person, but these days, I notice my skin is getting dark, dull, dry and rough. I've tried many creams, scrub, soaps, oil and serums to no avail . Please, does anyone know which supplements I can use to make me glow, and any daily or weekly routine I can do to make me regain my beautiful skin back. I'm in my late thirties.
You should drink lots of water. At least 3.5 ltrs daily. Eat right. Lots of fruits and veggies. Well woman supplements are good to go. Detox your system every 2-3 months with natural or herbal detoxifiers , After these, you can go back to your scrubs and toners.
Anon. You are aging and it's a fact of life. At late 30s, you cannot look like how you looked late 20s. Late 20s cannot look like late teenager.
The skin and body is naturally degrading.
That is a fact of life.
All the surgery and injections on the face cannot change the neck, back of hands, feet and the natural smell from flesh as it withers.
Don't let anyone sell you an illusion in a cup or bottle. Youth is transient. What you should do is strive to look your best in each season of your life.
Practice fasting, it will increase autophagy. Make sure your food is 60% raw and 40% cooked. Introduce cayenne pepper and lukewarm water into your diet to increase hydrochloric acid. Water without electrolytes is dead water and 3.5 is TOO MUCH to consume daily. Let me not take up space with too many tips, I'm sure others have more they want to suggest. I wish you the best.
@anon 17:55.. Dead water? Sometimes you guys tend too read too much "science" . Can you please differentiate between DEAD water and LIVE one? By the way,I'm a researcher. Let me learn someπ
Hello, Happy Holidays Please do anyone know anything about the plant called magic leaf/leaf of life and how it helps with the treatment of hypertension. 2. If you are to take it , are you to stop taking your hypertension drugs? 3. Can a breastfeeding mum take it? Thanks
I used unripe plantain and original honey to treat mine.
Wash, peel and slice the plantain, Sundry till very dry, grind and keep in an airtight container. Anytime you feel like, take any quantity you can lick at once, mix with the honey and lick. Was licking mine morning and night till I started feeling the effects. Have never experienced ulcer symptoms again since last year till date.
Bvs, I'm a federal worker. I live in Lagos but I want to relocate to Jos. I need to know the standard of living, cost of living, security, accommodation and social life in Jos before I make this big move. Lagos is becoming expensive to live in especially with this fuel subsidy removal and the many changes that President Tinubu is bringing up. The hardship is biting hard with no substantial increment in salaries.
I would suggest you go to Jo's yourself. Take a weekend, move around, ask questions. Go to local mosques, church, shrine. Go to taxi parks. Ask questions and get a feel of the city. Go to the branch of the ministry in Jo's and ask questions there. Then you can collateral the data and make an informed descision.
Yes Miss Aboki. Jos is a very friendly and less expensive state. Cold weather and plenty fresh fruits. As per owambe. You will enjoy Lagos more because Jos is just there. Infact you will be tired of staying indoors in Jos as per no place to go. Cheaper food and accomodations. Keke still collected N100.00 from me last week from NTA park to British.
I recently started a Poultry Farm and now I am faced with the challenge of where and how to sell my chickens in bulk. Please experienced Poultry Farmers, how do you do it? Where do you get bulk buyers? Please help me I am in a fix. π
Ask fast foods and eateries around you if they have sufficient supplies of chicken, ask food sellers, better where they are many of them. If you have any roadside person selling around you, ask as well. They may price you down but sell and build customer base, then start adjusting the price upwards.
I am also a private investigator. I am very discreet.
I give you value for your money.
Is it a cheating spouse? 10 million. I will send you pictures too. Runaway spouse? 15 million. I will bring him/her home if you guarantee you won't hurt them. Mistress?? 5 million because it is partly probono. These are standard rates. Prices may vary depends on the nature, duration and intensity.

ReplyDeletePlease, what can I do to make my skin glow and light, I'm a little bit fair person, but these days, I notice my skin is getting dark, dull, dry and rough.
ReplyDeleteI've tried many creams, scrub, soaps, oil and serums to no avail .
Please, does anyone know which supplements I can use to make me glow, and any daily or weekly routine I can do to make me regain my beautiful skin back.
I'm in my late thirties.
You should drink lots of water. At least 3.5 ltrs daily.
DeleteEat right. Lots of fruits and veggies.
Well woman supplements are good to go.
Detox your system every 2-3 months with natural or herbal detoxifiers ,
After these, you can go back to your scrubs and toners.
Anon. You are aging and it's a fact of life.
DeleteAt late 30s, you cannot look like how you looked late 20s.

Anytime you feel like, take any quantity you can lick at once, mix with the honey and lick.
Was licking mine morning and night till I started feeling the effects. Have never experienced ulcer symptoms again since last year till date.
Anything for pimples breakout and black spots?

Bvs, I'm a federal worker. I live in Lagos but I want to relocate to Jos. I need to know the standard of living, cost of living, security, accommodation and social life in Jos before I make this big move. Lagos is becoming expensive to live in especially with this fuel subsidy removal and the many changes that President Tinubu is bringing up. The hardship is biting hard with no substantial increment in salaries.
ReplyDeleteI would suggest you go to Jo's yourself.
DeleteTake a weekend, move around, ask questions. Go to local mosques, church, shrine. Go to taxi parks. Ask questions and get a feel of the city.
Go to the branch of the ministry in Jo's and ask questions there. Then you can collateral the data and make an informed descision.
We answered you in the last FAQ post na.
DeleteYes Miss Aboki.
DeleteJos is a very friendly and less expensive state.
Pls recommend a nice soap for chocolate complexion.
ReplyDeleteIdol soap. White one
DeleteI recently started a Poultry Farm and now I am faced with the challenge of where and how to sell my chickens in bulk.
ReplyDeletePlease experienced Poultry Farmers, how do you do it? Where do you get bulk buyers? Please help me I am in a fix. π
Ask fast foods and eateries around you if they have sufficient supplies of chicken, ask food sellers, better where they are many of them. If you have any roadside person selling around you, ask as well. They may price you down but sell and build customer base, then start adjusting the price upwards.
DeleteGo to market where they sell chicken and tell them you have some to sell. Best of luck.
DeleteHow do one get a private investigator?

I am also a private investigator.
DeleteI am very discreet.
