It's sanitation day and all the leftover in my fridge are going down. White rice, porridge beans, roasted fish and fried plantain. Still thinking of how i will combine them to avoid purging.

Toasted oats and cinnamon tea. Kai, I saw a video of this toasted oats and banana I decided to try it out. I used nono in place of evaporated milk.
