DeleteOnce I became technically an adult
ReplyDeleteMany things. How easily the dead gets forgotten. How easy it is to lose friends when one’s condition changes for the worst. When money bring sorrows instead of joy. When evil is loved more and rewarded more than good.
ReplyDelete2001, when I lost my dad.
ReplyDeleteA long time ago. Nothing is guaranteed in life 🧬. One should do their best and leave the rest to God and fate because you may never have everything you want and even if you do, it doesn't guarantee happiness. Life na parcel 📦.

DeleteGbam @Shooter... Nothing is vanity, everything happens to his glory.. My life has purpose, no part of it is vanity to me.. Situation teaches, motivates, educate, enlighten, protect and even defend another person ,, even though some still find it hard to take something out of experience trust me, nothing is vanity.

King Solomon tasted the best this life had to offer before saying "All is vanity", I will say it with him when I get to that point. As for now, I need the vanity very well.
ReplyDeleteLmao!!!! Me too ooo... Let me get there first and decide for my self.. How can I know vanity when I haven't been near life challenges/riches/wealth??
DeletePopsy lost his bestie and childhood friend. Most of his houses went to his brother who was considered as "no good" cos Man refused working .
ReplyDeleteAt his lying in state the wife looked at his corpse shook her and said" so all the whole struggle is gone" That comment still rings in my ears till tomorrow.
He had a wife but his brother inherited?
DeleteThe uselessness of toxic patriarchy
DeleteThe man had a choice of making a will or giving property to the woman while alive.
DeleteAny woman whose husband does not make a will to provide for or protect after his death should ask herself some hard questions.
I realized a long time ago that this life is vanity being an orphan at a very tender age has made to live life with content,no need going overboard for anything that doesn't befits me because at the end of the day,it's all vanity
ReplyDeleteExpand your mindset darling! Where that 'little' that you are content with came from there is surplus and remember,, he gave you all the riches in the earth for a possession
DeleteWhen I lost my mum.
