Apply Shea butter on it before you sleep. Then before you wear your shoes, rub some Vaseline.

There's a certain device you insert over the front of your feet, very discrete and comfortable, you wear 'the koi kio'.

Alternatively, you can buy half a size larger and buy shoe inserts/pads.

Mine took about 2weeks to heal. I've had it for about 8months. The aftercare is the koko, I never missed it. Don't change the earring until it's fully healed.

You can ask a for female doctor, if you don't like male ones. If it's about the students, you tell them that you don't like how the students also do it. They should stop. It is your money, you are a customer, you have right to complain to them, if they prove stubborn, you can change hospital and tell the new hospital what you want.
