  3. Abakaliki was attacked on Tuesday and Wednesday was Enugu's turn, today Thursday is a rest day for the 1 week sit at home announced by estranged and self acclaimed IPOB leader Oga Simon Ekpa, in their quest to have Mazi Nnamdi released by FG. They say hostility will resume tomorrow Friday. They just want to allow people breath today and stock up essentials, Security agencies are reactive instead of being proactive, besides I don't understand how killing your own people and destroying their house and business will lead to their emancipation.

    2. Exactly my thoughts. Why not take your grievances to Abuja where MNK is being kept instead of attacking and killing innocent people.

    3. I love how you weren't biased today on this issue!
You hit the nail to the head by telling the mad criminals disturbing the poor man on the street to go to Abuja if they are truly powerful like they want us to believe!
I don't know why this criminals are bent on destroying Ala Igbo!
At Anambra here we didn't even know there is a sit st home talk more of observing it!

  6. Stella,

That's nothing but the truth of the matter. Those keeping him wants the Eastern region to keep boiling. I guess there's profit they are making from it.

IPOB on the other hand had disassociated themselves from the sit at home. The person imposing this senseless order is one Simon Ekpa hiding under the pretense of Biafra struggle in Finland. He was never a registered member of IPOB and have been warned legally to stop parading himself as one or a leader. When he noticed IPOB bursted his unholy act, he came up with the name 'Autopilot' as his own group.

He has being the one sponsoring the shootings and killing going on in the region. I don't know who are his sponsors. Why hasn't the government reach out to the Finnish authority and report him for an extradition?

Nnamdi Kanu, will never kill his own people. Take it or leave it. Only those who hate the truth will hate a man who puts the welfare and survival of his people at heart..

They should release him so he can outrightly call Simon Ekpa to order. Simon dare not speak or continue in his madness when Kanu is out.

But then, the government know what they are doing.

    1. Ezege, if what you wrote is the absolute truth, then I think it's the duty of the government to fish out the Simon Ekpa who is the sponsor of these unknown gun men & deal with him accordingly.

    2. They should release someone that tried to forcefully secede a part of a sovereign country, gave people arms and ammunition.Releasing him doesn’t guarantee that there will be peace and he needs to pay for his crimes like every other person.

    3. 13:15 the court already issued the release order. The government is disobeying and now people are taking matters to their hands

    4. So one person have so much influence to use others to cause pains and anguish in a community? The same community you claimed to be fighting a cause for. Those videos on the net are heartbreaking. What's the governor of those states doing?

Teejay, I respect your opinions but whenever you're reviewing a situation politically, ensure to be logical by all means. The other day, when you wrote something about the demolition going on in Lagos, you made it seems like the governor of the state wants to chase Igbos out of the state. Rather than addressing the main issue. The buildings marked for demolition in Lagos were either badly structured or dilapidated. You ignored this facts and advice them to move their businesses home. If they had listen to you, tell me what will be the state of the business now with what's happening over there. Sentiments have no place in politics. Let's do better henceforth. Ciao

    5. Teejay thinks he is always making sense when he writes. But otherwise is the case - always illogical, lacks intuition and glaringly nepotic. Improve on yourself o! You can't continue like this.

    6. A man who arms illiterates with pistols and machetes then marches them to be killed like flies by a more capable military is a murderer. It has happened before when boys from the Niger Delta we used as human shields for another tribe and children starved to feed soldiers by a man who's ego got the best of him.

Nnamdi's group started starving his people in the name of sit at home so why is he rejecting the Frankenstein that he made now that it has crippled his people? The hate he peddled has started to consume him and the greed that leads him was used to fish him out.

    7. Since the igbos are republican and don’t have elders to condemn these unwholesome acts or the elders (including their current saviour and political leader, Peter Obi) have chosen to remain quiet (but live comfortably and peacefully in Lagos and Abuja), so be it. These miscreants will come for all of them in their safe zones shortly - let them continue to be silent. This is the same man that wants to be President - inexperienced, fickle and lily-livered.

  9. Simon Ekpa does not represent IPOB he is one man acting a script by his sponsors for whatever reason. He called for the sit at home and he was disregarded, he then resorted to using his thugs to intimidate people into submission. We don't know Simon and we don't recognize him.
He should come and try that madness in Abia and see for himself. Activities have resume on mondays in Aba, although some people have decided not to still open shop but majority now go about their business, come to Aba on mondays it is just as busy as any other day.

  14. No wonder their people are running to South West. Choosing lagos schools as 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices. Then they come here to fight their host. Spewing hate anyhow. Yall can do better. How can 1 man sit safe somewhere and be causing chaos and death in another country? The people allowing themselves to ve used as enforcers, are they bereft of sense? It is well
