While Atiku said he was heading to the apex court because he had lost a battle and would confront the war ahead and not “validate mandate banditry” Obi said he would not relent in his quest for electoral justice because the PEPC ruling “is not coterminous with justice.”
Atiku and Obi spoke as mixed views welcomed the PEPC’s Wednesday judgment that affirmed Tinubu’s election and struck out the petitions of the PDP, LP, and Allied Peoples Movement, APM.

Will anything different come out of it? No be Nigeria we dey?,
ReplyDeleteLike Tribunal judges are quack...
DeleteWe will see if Supreme Court Judges are quack too.
Mao Akuh
Na their right to go, Safe journey
ReplyDeleteWe keep trying. If the supreme court fails then we the citizens will know where to lay out hopes on.
ReplyDeleteGood luck to both of them.. I hope they considered all the areas highlighted by the court of appeal.
ReplyDeleteVery good St.Phoenix, this is evidence of ur intelligence wallahi. Very unbiased and balanced comment.
DeleteBTW i’m apolitical, i’m just a lawyer.
I pray for a Positive outcome.
ReplyDeleteLet the learned counsel of LP’s Party be well grounded about the BVAS, the rigging, different polling ward were rigging took place, the mutilated Result sheet etc.
Please, they should prepare an Air tight evidence.
There are videos on the net for even non-Lawyers, not to talk of Lawyer, SAN.
They clearly listed the areas of the rigging with the polling booth names but the corrupt decided to turn a blind eye
DeleteThey will still lose
ReplyDeleteThey should go and relax. I pray Obi or any Igbo does not win the presidential election ever. Those people are something else.
I pity you. Know that you are a mortal being and you will answer to God on judgement day about this comment you made against Obi and the Igbos. You are not God and you can never be so are those you’re supporting. You all will reap all you’ve down against Obi, the igbos and all Nigerians.
DeleteIt's well! God is in control and the wicked will not prevail for ever .
ReplyDeleteMore exposure for the criminals in power, we know that it might be truncated as usual but the world must know how corrupt the system is
ReplyDeleteThis will still favor the APC, it's Only God and People willing to vote in Mass that will change the narrative, enough of the hardship oooooo
ReplyDeleteAnd again, both of them are heading to the Supreme Court asking to be declared winner, is this not a weak strategy as it was their initial lack of unity that gave the victory to APC, what do i know?.
ReplyDelete3 people, one prize. Okay O
It is allowed. The earlier they realize they are dealing with principalities and powers the better. Reformed Ogboni Fratanity.... know this and know Nigeria and our justice system. To be honest, it is only Atiku that can cough, Obi lost outrightly and hands down!
ReplyDeleteSafe journey and good luck to all of them.
ReplyDeleteIf they like they should go to ICC,they will still lose because their case lacks evidence. The court doesn’t decide issues based on social media noise or because one man always wearing black is crying up and down. There are no sentiments in law, only facts and evidence.
ReplyDeleteThis battle will be loooooooong
