On Friday October 20, 2023, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) put out the official match schedule for the AFCON 2023.
The biennial competition's draw was held in Abidjan last week.
The sports event is slated to take place from January 13, 2023 to February 11, 2024 in places like San Pedro, Yamoussoukro, Abidjan, Korhogo and Bouake.
Nigeria's Super Eagles will play Equatorial Guinea in their first game on Monday, January 14, 2024 followed by matches against Cote d'Ivoire and Guinea Bissau to be played on January 18, 2024 and January 22, 2024 respectively.
