  2. Pls I NEED ADVICE FROM THOSE EXPERIENCING HYPERTHYROIDISM

My 70year old mother has been diagnosed of hyperthyroidism. She's fast losing weight, weighing almost 30kg now and she has been to LASUTH. Money is been spent on drugs but no improvement really .
I have browsed about it that means she should avoid salt and food that has too much iodine.
She can't be operated on because of her age and weight but we were told if she looks into her diet, she can recover and also with using drugs.
Pls, who can tell us herbs that can also be used?
Also, what foods and fruits must she avoid?
What can I also do to help her recover faster because she's at my place now.
    THANKS SO MUCH!

      I work a 9-5, corporate job.
What that means is I dont wake up or sleep on social media.
I simply don't have the time.

If I use MTN data to open and read 5 mails on Monday, watch instagram skits 30 minutes on Tueday. Watch Facebook video 1 hour on Wednesday and 4GB is gone....I personally dont think it makes any sense.

Abroad, with my level of social media activity, that lasts for the ENTIRE month.

    2. Your proof of funds is the amount you've had in your account for 6 months. It will be in naira and you can use the exchange rate for today to do the calculation. Just make sure you provide accounts or fixed deposits with balance in excess of the required amount because the exchange rate keeps changing on a daily basis and you don't want to fall short by the time they review your POF.

I have seen cases of doctors and pharmacists who relocated to Canada from Nigeria and have refused to practice, they don't even want to attempt the exams. Like how? How have you been treating patients in Nigeria? Considering how much they will be making once they start practising, I can't help but wonder how they got their degrees.

Ive stopped using the soap, but the process of getting me back to my normal tone is taking too long. How can i fasten it? Will staying out in the sun work? Does rubbing Vaseline also help?

    3. Happens to many teenagers, but first start with diet. Reduce oily foods. Eliminate foods like margarine and groundnuts. If he has oily skin, he has to wash his face more frequently. Needs lots of fruits and vegetables. He should not apply oily creams on his face, but he still has to moisturize. I don't know the type of pimples he has, because for some, doctors recommend antibiotics and creams to apply on affected areas. Also are they pimples or fungal infection? If so serious, he should see a doctor to determine appropriate treatment. Meanwhile, there are facial washes with salicylic acid he can use. If fungal, he may be told to use medicated shampoos like Head and Shoulders for his treatment. Finally I suggest he resists the temptation to pick at or burst his pimples. This is to prevent more spread and scaring.
