  1. The Urgency Of The Gospel!!
    2 Timothy 4:2 TLB

    Excerpts!!

"We must constantly remind ourselves that the Lord is coming soon. We must work hard as people who are living in expectation of the Lord. Commit yourself to spreading the Gospel as though it rested on you alone to tell it to the whole world. Be committed to it."

"No one’s effort is insignificant. It doesn't matter where you are; whether you’re in a big city or a small town, ten souls in a small village have the same value to God as ten souls in a big city. It’s the same Jesus Christ that died for them."

"Preach the Gospel irrespective of the tests, trials and persecutions that you might face while at it. Remember, the time is short."

    Prayer!!

Blessed be God for His unfathomable grace, wisdom and mercy lavished upon His Church to effectively proclaim the Gospel and establish His righteousness in all the earth in these last days. Thank you Father, for committing this glorious Gospel to my trust; I preach it in season and out of season, hauling many from darkness to light, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

    1. THEME : PAY YOUR VOWS

MEMORISE: When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed. Ecclesiastes 5:4

      READ : ECCLESIASTES 5:4-7

4 When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed.

5 Better is it that thou shouldest not vow, than that thou shouldest vow and not pay.

6 Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thou before the angel, that it was an error: wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the work of thine hands?

7 For in the multitude of dreams and many words there are also divers vanities: but fear thou God

      MESSAGE

Psalm 50:14-15 says that when you pay your vows, you can call on God in the day of trouble, and He will answer. In other words, if you make a vow and you fail to redeem it, do not be surprised if you call on God in the day of trouble and He does not answer you.

Today, many Christians just make vows casually. Many a time, even when making the vow, they have no intention of paying it.
Don’t postpone the payment of your vow when you can do it now. God sees those who do that as fools.
A vow is like a deal. When you make a deal with someone and you don’t fulfil your part of it, it is like stealing from that person.

It is foolish to try to steal from God because what you are keeping away was provided by Him in the first place.
If you made a deal with God, fulfil your part speedily. Worse still, some people make vows because they want the Pastor to pray for them at that moment, without any intention to fulfil it.
How can you lie to God to receive blessings from Him? Is that not the height of foolishness?

Once you make a vow to God and the devil sees that you want to pay that vow, he will start telling you to defer it to later, saying that you don’t have enough yet or that God understands.
Don’t listen to his lies so that God doesn’t see you as a fool.
One interesting thing about fulfilling a vow made to God is that the One you made it to has the ability to give you far more than you have promised to give Him. If you fulfil your vow, He would pour His blessings on you, but if you refuse to, He would also withhold what He would have given you in return.
Hannah made a vow to God that she would give Him her son if He would bless her with one.
This was after many painful years of waiting, and she didn’t know if she would ever have another child again.
Imagine her holding her child in her hands at last and then giving the child over to God.
Going back home without her child must have been a great sacrifice. She did it because that was her vow, and God gave her five more children in return (1 Samuel 2:21). Job 22:27-29 says it is those who pay their vows that can decree a thing, and it is established. It is foolishness not to pay your vows.

      ACTION POINT:

Pay your vows today and ask for God’s mercy for those you made and never paid.
Go and redeem your vows and have peace with your makerπŸ™

Going to church.....? Pls pray for us, I won't be going today, I'm down with morning sickness πŸ˜₯
A beautiful glorious morning to y'allπŸ™πŸ™Œ❤️😍

  3. Reno Omokri explains why the naira is falling

    Why Is The Naira Falling?

Many Nigerians don't even know that the Buhari administration had an oil swap deal in place by which they had collected money upfront for future oil sales. As of today, and for the next few months, Nigeria is not getting income for oil sales. Buhari already collected the money. Please research it. Not done, that regime printed trillions of Naira just like that. Money that was not backed up by production, gold, or dollars. They just flooded the economy with paper that only diluted the Naira already in circulation.

And unknown to Nigerians, our foreign reserves are nowhere where Buhari claimed. They collected loans from foreign commercial banks, and our reserves have a lien on them. Meaning that we actually have only 10% of the $37 billion Buhari claimed he handed over.

Even if we want to continue the Buhari regime's practice of defending the Naira with $1.5 billion every month, Nigeria simply does not have the money to do it. If we don't float the Naira, our economy will just collapse, yakata!

And why were they spending $1.5 billion to prop up the Naira monthly? Partly because that was their avenue for rent-seeking. Buhari's government gave their cronies dollars at the official rate, and they, in turn, sold it at the parallel market. They were making money without creating value! People close to Buhari. Some even related to him.

If President Jonathan had done what Buhari did to our economy, Buhari would have jailed him!

    Reno Omokri lectures you-know-who

To those saying that the Central Bank of Nigeria should resume defending the Naira with $1.5 billion monthly, where will the money come from? The Buhari regime did crude oil swaps for future sales. They already collected money in advance from the oil we are selling today and for the rest of this year ahead of time and spent it. There is no income coming in right now, except diaspora remittances. If Nigerians know what Buhari did, they may vent their anger on him if he is seen in public. That is probably why he said he would retire to Niger Republic. But the coup there spoilt his plans. Nigeria right now is broke! And not just that, the Buhari regime printed trillions of Naira. Money that has no backing beyond just paper. There is no gold in the CBN or reserve abroad to back the printing. And unknown to Nigerians, some of his officials who helped him pull off this heist have fled the country, journalists, do your job. This regime is not talking because APC cannot expose APC!

  5. How Buhari Destroyed The Naira And Hoped To Escape To Niger

When the Bank of England, the US Federal Reserve Bank, or the People's Bank of China print money, it is tied to either a gold reserve in their vaults or foreign reserves or backed by production in the economy. Buhari just printed money without gold or reserve backing or increased production in Nigeria. What did Buhari do with the trillions he printed? It diluted the Naira, leading to heavy deprecation.

Then, when he needed foreign exchange, he mortgaged Nigeria's reserves. Don't be fooled. Our reserves are not $36 billion. Buhari borrowed against them. We have less than $4 billion in actual reserves. Then, he started collecting money upfront for future oil sales in highly controversial crude swap deals. Almost five months after he left office, Nigeria is not making money from crude oil sales because Buhari collected the funds UPFRONT!

Not only did Buhari borrow more than every Prime Minister, Military Head of State and President before him combined, the annoying thing is that he spent much of those borrowed funds in Niger Republic (he sees himself as a Nigerien because his father came from Niger), hoping to retire there. But now, with the coup in Niger, he is stuck in Nigeria.

Where is his Minister of Finance? It is said she has fled. If another party had won the #NigerianElections2023, there is no way Buhari would have escaped prison. What he did was outrightly criminal. He came into power poor and met Nigeria rich. He went out of office rich and left Nigeria destitute. Just as Tinubu is probing the CBN, he ought also to prove Buhari and his cabal!

Reno Omokri speaks up on Nigerians and their kinda mentality

As a Nigerian citizen, you don't deserve a subsidised Naira of ₦150 to $1. That was a privilege, not a right. And it costs Nigeria $1.5 billion monthly. How can we be subsidising the Naira and fuel at the same time? Meanwhile, what were we using the subsidised dollar to do? Buy foreign goods, patronise MTN, watch DSTV, and wear Manchester United branded jersey.

Then, after using your Naira to buy foreign goods, you come online to say, 'Nigeria is finished' when the Naira falls to its natural unsubsidised level. Go and use Glo, you won't. Buy Innoson, you don't. Watch Enyimba, Tufiakwa! You want the best others make, and at the same time, you want a strong Naira. You can't have both. Pick one and live with the choice.

  6. We embrace the pains until it hurts no more. Sometimes what we need is peace of mind from life's battles and someone to assure us that everything will be alright.

So if you are struggling, I want you to know that you aren't weak.

Keep holding on! I know it's not that easy.

At the end of the road is where we often find God. I believe in God, the maker of all things.

We all have to stay strong and TRUST THE PROCESS!!!

  11. It breaks my heart each time I see clips from the ongoing war between israel and palestine. Just yesterday I saw a video of an 11 years old palestinian boy, who lost both parents in the bomb attack and his siblings are in the ICU, I cried so much. I don't care to know who started the attack first, but I know that these people don't deserve such cruelty. They're making children orphans, parents are loosing their children, people are dying. I've stopped opening tiktok before I become hpertensive. I don't know what the world has turned into, people have become so wicked and evil, animals are now more compassionate than humans πŸ’”πŸ’”πŸ’”. Can't they just stop already? Oh God my heart breaks. This pain is worst than breakup.

Saw a video of an insensitive random person criticising a woman who had triplets in her 50's saying she is selfish for having babies that late then the woman explaining how she married in her 30's and waited for so long with the emotional and financial rollercoaster involved.Only those in her shoes will understand. Some will sell all sellable to go for ivf, surrogacy and other assisted options.

People forgets that God's ways are totally different from ours, his timing is the best.Sarah was 90,when she had Isaac. May God give us all long life to take care of the blessings from God no matter the age.

And my prayer for those still waiting that it will be worthwhile, may you not wait in vain.May God bless you with the numbers of children you so desired in Jesus name. Amen πŸ™

    ✓KNOW YOURSELF PART NINETEEN

What are the emotional and psychological effects of Emotional Incest on a child?
Emotional incest, also known as covert incest, can have profound and lasting emotional and psychological effects on a child, impacting their well-being and future relationships. Some potential effects include:

1.) Confusion About Boundaries: The child may struggle to establish healthy boundaries in relationships, often blurring the lines between appropriate and inappropriate emotional closeness.

2.) Low Self-Esteem and Self-Worth: Constantly being relied upon for emotional support can make the child feel they are only valuable for what they can provide emotionally, leading to a diminished sense of self-worth.

3.) Difficulty in Trusting Others: Experiencing a breach of trust within their primary caregiver relationship can make it challenging for the child to trust others in future relationships.

4.) Fear of Abandonment: Due to the emotional reliance placed on them, the child may fear abandonment or rejection if they set boundaries or distance themselves emotionally.

5.) Emotional Regulation Challenges: The child may struggle to regulate their own emotions because they have been burdened with managing the emotions of the parent, causing emotional turmoil and confusion.

6.) Difficulty Forming Healthy Relationships: The child may face challenges forming healthy relationships later in life, often replicating the pattern of emotional enmeshment they experienced in their family.

7.) Guilt and Shame: The child might experience intense guilt and shame for wanting to establish their own identity and live their life apart from the emotional needs of the parent.

8.) Impact on Identity Development: The child may struggle to develop a strong sense of self and identity separate from the parent, as their own needs and desires were often overshadowed by the parent's emotional demands.
