In one cheerful giver and man of the people polling unit one woman told me that she heard that it was 15k & that she will transfer to that unit in the next election.

  6. While Observating Governership election in Bayelsa yesterday there was a threat & police were shooting & we ran helter-skelter. It was not an easy thing. Meanwhile two units before this particular unit, armed thugs gave machete cuts to people & hijacked electoral materials. I was having a discussion with a fellow Observer when people started running & that was how we didn't see each again after the whole isue subsided. I was very scared because accidentally discharge could happen or the hijackers can gun one down. Thank you Lord for your protection yesterday.
