Former Kogi State governor Yahaya Bello and two others will remain in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) until December 10,2024. Justice Maryann Anenih of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory set this date to rule on their bail applications.
The defendants pleaded not guilty to the charges alleged criminal breach of trust and misappropriation of funds totalling billions of naira...
Stella, na apartment ooo, in fact na VIP treatment dem go give am with all bills on EFCC.
ReplyDeleteCustody is not a cell or Prison, that can only happen if the court found him guilty as charged.
Bobrisky kind of apartment for him. Naija I hail o.
DeleteWon't he still run? Lol
ReplyDeleteWelcome to Yahaya Bellos gate 🤣🤣🤣 I dey greet sir, continue...
ReplyDeleteWhy? Just why? Bello was pretty much living a comfortable life as a young man. I mean even before he became governor, his transport company Fairplus brought in 35 brand new Toyota hummer buses to start with. This was around 2011 or so. I remember a time his wife came from Mecca with curtains she bought for their parlor in their Asokoro mansion. Those curtains were worth around 90m naira then.
ReplyDeleteOne hoped that the public purse would not be something he would loot so blindly but alas I am proven wrong. But then again any civil servant that can use 90m to buy curtains is one that will loot his state with reckless abandon. Kogi is just unfortunate.
Your story is jot correct. I know Yahaya bellow was comfortable but he didn’t behave a house in Asokoro till his 2nd term as givinor of Kogi. He only had Halidu in wuse pls stop lying
DeleteIs not pleaded guilty kee hiaa

ReplyDeleteApartment straight 🙄🙄🙄
ReplyDeleteLet him enjoy his stay.
ReplyDeleteHmmmm...
ReplyDeleteI wish these people actually pay for their crimes
ReplyDeleteDon’t we all. Most will never be caught and very few will pay anything that will deter others not to take that path. Tragic!
