  1. Please bvs, for a woman who is in her middle thirties, hoping to get married and have children someday. What kind of immune booster can I be taking before the time. I heard of folic acid but will I take the folic acid alone or alongside something else.
    Thanks...

    1. You can take Folic Acid + Vitamin B Complex; Omega 3 oil capsules; Evening Primrose & Vitamin E tablets as well....Don't rely on supplements alone......

Start eating more fruits and vegetables rich in folates to prepare your body.....Do exercise and be health-focused till when you meet your Prince Charming.....

When you are married, make sure your husband is eating the same food and taking equivalent supplements for men because it takes two to tango to make babies....

      Congratulations in advance!

  2. Good afternoon beautiful people.
Thank you so much for your reply last week.

Pls where can I learn data analyst. The best place online and off line

    1. I recommend starting with offline classes to gain uninterrupted, hands-on knowledge and to build rapport with fellow students and instructors.....Once you have built a strong foundation, you can consider transitioning to online learning as you advance.

Note: Online learning is best suited if you are actively working or involved in other part-time engagements.

If you are in Lagos, Dataleum Academy in Yaba is very good on data analytics....

      Wishing you all the best!

    3. I have a neighbor on my street that is into pig farming and he's cashing out. You know these southern Kaduna people and pig are like 5&6 (no pun intended) and that's his full time job and his doing very well. fish farming too is lucrative just ensure you get good fingerling.

  4. Good afternoon BVs, please I need clarification. When using a facial wash, will that be the only needed wash for the face? Or there will be a need to use soap to wash the face first before using the wash

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Your facial wash should be sufficient; using soap afterward may be too harsh on your skin......After cleansing, follow with toner, serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen to complete your routine........

      Delete
    2. I don't use soap when i use my facial wash.

      Delete
    3. You just need the facial wash alone for your face.

  5. My sister is in the UK...
She wants to connect me to a remote job of teaching Igbo language to some kids that wants to learn and I am interested in the job because I am also very good in Igbo language but I don't know how to start. Never taught someone Igbo.

Will I be teaching them like they do it in school, with textbook and all whatnot?

    1. Your approach should depend on the learner's current level in Igbo: non-existent, basic, intermediate, or advanced........

Start by meeting with the learner virtually to assess their knowledge and speaking ability......Based on this, tailor a personalized learning plan that suits their level and goals....

Also, be sure to create your profile, highlighting your areas of expertise and why learners should choose you for the job...

      Congratulations & All the best....

    Note: I'm just 20 something

    1. How long have you noticed this pattern, or has it been the norm since you started your period? There are several factors that could cause this, such as hormonal imbalance, stress, and more......

I would recommend seeing a doctor to address your concerns.....

  9. Please if it advisable to remove fibroid that is not giving me any problems?
It's just there, but not disturbing me at all.
    Thank you for your answers.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Speak to your Doctor. He/she will know better.

      Delete
    2. The thing about fibroids is that with time it may grow. Most women I know felt at the beginning surgery wasn’t necessary but years down the line, they had to get it out

      Delete
    3. why do you want to take it out since is not disturbing you or making you to bleed? please allow it to be there for now since no any issue. Do not go and take it out and cause more issue for yourself, some people are wishing to have the one that will not disturb them and you are here looking for wahala.

      Delete
    4. Don't take it out if lit is not disturbing you. Most fibroids don't disturb, even in later years

  11. Please,How does one take "hospital no too far", for blood and what quantity can be taken and for how long should it last?
Is gino tomatoes and milk mixture a good one too to increase blood?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. What I do is this,I buy a tin of liquid milk of my choice, and I pour half of the milk, into a full cup of "hospital is too far", and drink a cup morning and last thing at night, so one tin of liquid milk a day, and it works for me.

Once you can do the hospital is too far, then no need for gino mixture, I personally do not like that one.

      Delete
    2. The issue is there is no measurement for taking "Hospital Too Far," and remember moderation is key......Overuse can reduce iron absorption due to its oxalate content....To increase your blood level, cook it with fresh tomatoes and bell peppers as they are rich in iron for blood production....

There is no scientific evidence that mixing Gino tomatoes and milk increases your blood so don’t waste your time and money on it......

      Delete
    3. Tango do you cook the leaves and extract the water before adding liquid milk?

      Delete
    4. No one should try mixing gino or tasty tomato with anything and drink o.

  12. Pls bvs help a struggling sister. I earn less than 100k monthly in the company where I work so I want to start planning to leave soon and start up something of my own. I find it difficult to save in my normal bank accounts so I would love a good app suggestion that I can use to save and I would lock the money without touching it. I would just keep topping it up without withdrawal.
Someone around me suggested piggyVest sometime ago, I don't know whether it is still functioning and how save is it pls?
    Any better suggestions?
    Thanks 🙏

    4. A lot of people use piggyvest for that option, also OPAY has an option called SAFEBOX which is insured by NDIC.

They gave you 15% per annum for over 300k(T&C applies) and you can also top up too

Once you Open the Opay app;click on FINANCE at the centre, then scroll and you would see the various investment option, including the TARGET SAVINGS and more.

      Hope this helps..

  13. Plz how do you know a cheating husband? Is it by changing his phone password without telling his wife?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Sometimes I wonder whom/what a lot of people marry in the name of MARRIAGE..

The moment him or her locks their phone and either of the spouse can't access their respective phones anytime,it's a lack of trust/loyalty and I believe in all honesty, you two have no business staying married;because it means there are lots of secrets around;and marriage doesn't thrive for long when it's foundation is built on secrecy

If you can share nakedness;what are you really hiding?

Except in cases where you work in the security agency or in jobs where secrecy/privacy is key.
