I marry for year 2000 when I be 21 years old.
From that time till 10 years inside marriage, I no fit carry belle.
Me and my husband try everything — hospital, prayer, drugs, native medicine — but belle no come.

So yesterday before I went back to Owerri, I decided to join my people for Parish(Catholic) work, we they build new parish house, so we needed to move the red sand from where tipper drop the sand outside, to sandfill the new parish house.
I carry my shovel, so all those old mamas and papas with youths came with things like plastic, bucket to help move the sand inside.

I really felt her pains while reading through the article cos I've been in her shoes countless times . My cousin's children, a boy and a girl, have been living with us for a few months and I've grown quite fond of them. Their grandma came over the weekend and took the girl, saying she needs her company while she travels to farm in the village.
The girl said she didn't want to go with her but there was nothing we could do 😔. She cried so hard that I ended up crying with her.
I'm so happy God cleaned her tears and gave her reasons to smile again. There'll always be light at the end of the tunnel.
