DeleteMajority of those free courses just teaches you the basics,just to understand what it is all about,but those with International certificate will fly higher and gives you an edge when Job hunting,cos it solves real life issues while you are(were) on them.
If you don't have the money,he can start with free certs to know the basics,then when God blessed you gradually;you do the main deal.
