* Do they have good track record of great acidemias?
* Do they have facilities that are really working....not just for decorations (I visited school as I was school searching for my son, many of their physics & language lab facilities were not fully working).
Mariam dear, pls visit the school during break and personally ask students how their school function or if they like their school...Or if you know any parent who has a child in the school...that's another sure way of gettting to know the school more.

Deleteremedy on bad breath please, I am in my mind thirties, brush twice a day. I use listerine mouth wash every other day. If I use the mouth wash daily, I have a burning sensation in my mouth.

DeleteStop using Medicated Mouth Wash esp L, it kills all the Good good and bad bacteria in the Mouth and without the balance of the good bacteria to populate the Oral Cavity, things will definitely go South.
You need to start taking Chlorophyll Drinks or supplements and use a Herbal Toothpaste.
Make sure the smell is not coming from your Gut and you don’t have Ulcer. If the Smell is coming from your gut, you need Probiotics and get the ones that billions strains of colony forming unit.

Don't use Listerine everyday...Restrict it to once a week....Check if you have inflamed tonsils? You do bring out whitish stone like pebbles from your mouth? It has a foul odour....U will need to visit a dentist to clean it out...

Option 3: Instead soak cloves in warm water overnight....use it as a final rinse after brushing.....
Bad breath could be caused by different factors:
Delete📌 Tonsillitis (tonsil stones)
📌 GERD or acid reflux
📌 Tooth decay
📌 Post nasal drip that comes with sinusitis.
Poster, the goal is to uproot the problem from the root and not a temporary remedy like the use of mouth wash or brushing twice. It's just like spraying perfume in a room where there's a dead rat. In no time, the scent fades away while the odour remains. You have to take the rat out.
Could be that the problem is from your gut/stomach. You need to visit the hospital to ascertain the root cause before tackling the problem.
Each factor as stated above has a remedy. Ascertain the cause of yours first.

Vaseline is a moisturizer...It can't clear hand discolouration.....Instead use a hand cream that contains Vitamin C or Kojic Acid along with sunscreen....Use exfoliating products that contain glycolic acid....

Please am I the only one that blend my bay leaves with my tomatoes and pepper when making stew mix?
ReplyDeleteAs the bay leaves aroma doesn't come out when I put it like that into the pot, I decided to be blending it together with the tomatoes. I don't know if I'm over doing it shaa. I don't want to cause any problems for my liver/ kidney in future without knowing it.

Don't blend it with tomatoes...Instead use the leaves to steam your proteins, take it out...Bayleaf aroma will be in the stock you add to your stew.....
