Way to go, some students don't know how to dress to class thereby causing distractions during lectures. It's better to retain sanity
ReplyDeleteWell they came late to the table. Most private universities have this rule. They are lucky, they did not give each faculty colour code to follow. My boys attend covenant, and bo jeans or chinos allowed, only dress trousers with shirts and tie.
DeleteWahala lol
ReplyDeleteWhich one again is Bomb short on the list?
ReplyDeleteThe type terrorists wear π€£π€£
Deleteπππ anon lemme o.
DeleteWhen I saw It, I come dey wonder if I dey spell am wrong all these whileπ€£π€£π€£π€£
DeleteFollowing the steps of CU
ReplyDeleteGreat, hope it can be sustained without cutting corners.
ReplyDeleteLet him who has ear hear......
ReplyDeleteNa wa o .still doesn't stop immorality they'll just look presentable doing it
ReplyDeleteIf it will Instill discipline in their mode of dressing no wahala.
ReplyDeleteSometime ago, wanted to go buy amala at Yabatech. One security guy refused Me going in cos I had a face cap on. Was asked to remove the face cap π€£Omo come and see English flying upandan that day o
Coloured hair too???
ReplyDeleteImagine! I bet if they could find a way to enforce it they would have a rule on how long or short your public hair can be. Mtsscchhwww
DeleteThose of us that attended AAU (Ekpoma) you can't dress anyhow you won't even cross the gate and this law has been on since like forever. For guys you can't wear face caps into the school premises or carry dread locks & it is highly forbi9to fight within the school premises no matter what!!!
ReplyDeleteWalai π…College of Medicine that you as a lady, you’re not allowed to wear pant trousers to class.
DeleteMust be Gown or Skirt.
If I have a primary and secondary sef, he go get dress code, not to talk of higher institution. Yesterday. I saw a lady. I think around SS1 walk past me in her school uniform with nipples all over the place π©
ReplyDeleteThe SS1 girl may not know her nipplex are showing
DeleteBeen there
She was not wearing bra. It is a deliberate act
DeleteGood way cos the way some people dress these days is just something else that you wouldn't differentiate between a citadel of learning apart from a brothel or ogogoro joint. All these has been in existence in my school before I entered and I believe it's still is. Monday to Thursday you're only allowed to dress corporate (sighted they are preparing their students for corporate world dress code). No wearing of any sort of slippers, either shoes, sneaks or sandals at times. It's only on Friday you can wear casual. No colored hair dye, braids, weave, too much bushy hair nor extra piercings. We used to call our school glorified secondary school then. Some students too do
ReplyDeleteDiscipline needs to come back. Have you seen breast display at parties too.
ReplyDeleteLooooove eeeetπ
ReplyDeleteThis is good.
ReplyDeleteThe higher institution is not a place of freedom to misbehave and have bad characters. It's a place of learning a lot of good things abeg.
This is bad π π π π. In 2025 tertiary institutions are still doing this.. I can’t send my kids to schools like this. What if he is a creative who loves alte dressing or goth . We will now be rusticated for expressing himself, no way.
ReplyDeleteI see our name. Aside food, I don't think you know much about life. And how many kids do you have so can already predict how many have and will go wayward?
ReplyDeleteGo to Unilag, culture shock will hug you from the main gate to Faculty of Law where lawyers in training who are supposed to observe the possible highest levels of decorum are dressed with body parts exposed here and there!
