An Ikeja Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday discharged Ibom air star Miss Comfort Emmason of charges bordering on unruly behaviour and assaulting the flight crew aboard an Ibom Air aircraft from Uyo to Lagos on Monday

DeleteThis is a lesson to people in the service industries. They should organise periodic trainings for their staff on how to de-escalate volatile situations. The airline staff could have handled the situation differently.
