Post baby body changes no be beans
ReplyDeletePost natal body is something else.
DeleteSome people are blessed to have theirs return almost back to normal π
My muscle cramps that came with preggers still disturbs me once in awhile π©
I adopted some leg exercises that are helping out now.
You're absolutely right. I have a church member who has 5kids; amongst them are a set of twin.
DeleteWe had a programme one day and we had to change into the programme outfit. In the changing room, when this woman pulled off her clothes, I was wowed when she pulled off. The excess tummy skin. I just knew it would have been the conception of the twins that stretched that tummy, 'cause she was so big when she carried them.
At the time of this report, she had lost weight and was very fit but the excess tummy skin still remained. Since then, I do not judge people who opt for tummy tuck.
Mothers are super heroes ❤️❤️
Honestly ehh, I'm working on my weight loss journey, and it's going well.i look at myself and wonder what happened to the hot Tangoπ. It's well jare.

ReplyDeleteHi everyone, I normally use water and salt to clean up my baby's mouth, he's 9 months old now. Then my friend told me about baby dental wipes, Please who has used it before? Aside from water, salt, and dental wipes for babies, what else can one use?
ReplyDeleteYou're doing fine Tango momma π
DeleteI don't really know about dental wipes. When my kids started growing teeth I used glycerin with wet towel then later switched to Mac cleans milk teeth paste. It's safe to use at 9 mths with soft brush but just a little amount. Then thoroughly clean the mouth afterwards with warm water and soft towel.
Oh thank you Adunni dear, I will get the toothbrush and toothpaste for him.
DeleteI Use Glycerin Also immediately I Leave The Hospital I Start Using it.
DeleteThis morning, my son asked me if I was going out. It was raining and they just woke up.
ReplyDeleteI smiled and told him 'rain or sun, we need to work for our daily bread' π
Children are so innocent and it's cool to see them care in their own lil ways π
The doctor told me I have a very tiny fibroid while I was being stitched up when I had my son seven years ago, that tiny thing is now very big, and my monthly flow now come with severe pain and heavy bleeding that I always dread the day it will start and it takes more days than it was before, but I noticed this startedsince I came back from hospital last year after taking three pints of blood. God please come throughe for me.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry Favour, may God heal and favour you in Jesus name π
DeleteSo Sorry Darling π«
DeleteI don’t know how to wean my child (20 months )
ReplyDeleteAwwww, are you a first time mum?
DeleteWhat worked for me was taking my them to my mum's place. After like 3 days of crying for me and not seeing me, he adjusted π Since your baby is above 1 year, you can keep baby milk with your hubby or mom/mother-in law. You have to be brave as to not show up or be too worried when he's crying. All the best dear π€
My first stopped at 18months and my 2nd is still going strong... well 2nd goes for the boobs like it's an entitlement at night time...lol... 2nd is almost 18months too..
DeleteThank you Adunni for the suggestion. I’ll try leaving with my mum. Baby is just very clingy and doesn’t stay with anyone that isn’t me. So the worry of the tears is why I’ve been reluctant
DeleteI'd advise reducing number of feeds gradually over the next couple of weeks to reduce the stress on both of you. I stopped breastfeeding my second at 16months because I needed him to start sleeping through the night, weaned him off gradually over the course of about 6 weeks in total.
