Lintex Ogale, who unalifed 26-year-old Benue interior decorator, Deborah Moses has been ordered to be remanded in prison custody.
The order was given following his first court appearance.

Ogale, was arraigned on Wednesday at the Yaba Magistrate Court around 10 a.m. on charges relating to the fatal stabbing of Moses at her Lagos apartment earlier this month.
After reviewing the case file, the presiding magistrate ordered that Ogale be remanded at the Kirikiri Correctional Centre pending further legal proceedings.
The matter was subsequently adjourned to a yet-to-be-announced date.
Court officials said the next hearing date will be communicated after administrative formalities are completed.
Deborah Moses, popularly known by her brand name Deb’rah Porsche, was killed on September 3, 2025, in what police described as a domestic violence incident.
Ogale, her former boyfriend, was arrested shortly after neighbours subdued him at the crime scene.
Family, friends, and advocates for women’s safety have welcomed the court’s decision, insisting that “justice must be served” in the high-profile case

I think our constitutional law should be adjusted. Once you murder someone, you should be gallowed immediately. I feel this will curtail the incessant murders in spur of anger in our society nowadays. If you're overwhelmed with emotions, see a therapist. Not shedding others' blood and turning around to accuse the devil. Na God go punish this guy.
ReplyDeleteMay the deceased soul find rest in the Lord.
We need to go through the court
