DeleteIt really has gotten to this point. Drastic yes but necessary. The rate of indecent exposure now bothers on the ridiculous. As a teen, catching a glimpse of best outline sef, talkless of a nipple was like a monumental event. Now, I sincerely believe some girls Deliberately ensure the nipple is popping before stepping out of the house. It's so common place is even having the opposite effect on the men: irritation rather appeal.

Growing up, senior aunties in the neighbourhood taught us to wear bralettes to ensure our nipples were not visible under our clothes but the reverse is the case now, grown women comfortably walk around with fallen breast and pointed nipples. It's a shame.
And what difference will it make if the boobs were perky and not 'fallen'? Are you talking about morals or now body shaming? Pick a side and stick to it.

Something about this action that I do not like. Perhaps a better approach would have been to open a clothing bank for church members so those with limited clothing could come to get church clothes and other things they may need like undergarments. Breasts exist and nobody should be forced to wear a bra if they don’t find them comfortable or promotes excess sweating, even if they have a massive chest. Having a conversation to determine what is going on with the person is a better move. Maybe a light shawl and some church clothes is what they really need and not a bra.
