Hmmm, hope this one won't follow night bus to Uganda?he needs to use one person as a scape goat because it maybe false but SM won't forget it
ReplyDeleteThe lady that accused Rudeboy on twitter was totally wrong. But the thing is, a lot of men on X thought the allegation came out of nowhere and escalated it. The whole househelp allegation in the divorce pleadings made it to Instagram that year but not to twitter, so twitter folks never even knew it existed. So they were rightly shocked cos from where to where.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, they egged Rudeboy on, even using manipulative language to get him to respond to sue the girl. He did. Then people brought the articles/pleadings his wife made in divorce court to twitter and now there are debates and counter debates on whether oga and househelp doings can be termed as "dating/coercing/raping/illicit affair".
As a Psquare fan from day1, I wish the guy/twitter user who saw the comment ignored it. It's not everytime you respond to ish. Sometimes stop and reason first. Something that would have died down that day. Now if you google Paul's name its rape you find everywhere. This is an artist with 20years success behind his belt reduced to this mess. I'm sure he didn't even wish for this escalation. Guy just wanted to wish his Ify Happy birthday. But twitter men wanted to use him and get back to all the women they are angry at. Anyway, another day to learn to keep your relationship off social media. Another day to see how people respond to things on different social media spaces. Anyway Good luck to them all.
Another day to remind you guys and gals to not take advantage of your help or workers. Fixed it for you
DeleteIt depends on what was specifically pleaded in the court documents.
DeleteWas rape alleged or just X relationship between husband and another female?
It depends on what was proved.
Whatever x-rated allegation was made in the court document, was it proved?
How many comment needs to be made against a person online for it to be available for use against the person after?
If the first person who saw the woman's comment kept quiet, would it not have remained on her page for another person to see and or comment on?
If he wants to sue, let him sue and clear his name (if possible) once and for all. It would have come up another day anyway because as said the allegation was already online.
The woman may need the ex-wife, the other female, and a good lawyer in addition to the court documents to free herself if he goes on.
Here is why divorce through the courts is so hard. The allegations make people fight even though they are glad to be rid of the marriage and their spouses.
@first anon, Of course it is inappropriate for a boss/oga to have anything to do with the help, it is just moral decorum. The issue is people are too prideful to admit their wrong and learn/relearn where necessary. They wouldn't till they go abroad and all of a sudden abide by the laws there cos they know the alternative is jail.
Delete@second anon, my point is not who will win in court, he clearly has a case against her. And she's probably not as rich as him to afford top lawyers. I'm saying guys thought she made the accusation from thin air, not knowing there were court documents that alluded to an illicit affair at all. And to my other point, troll comments made on the pages of celebs are usually seen by say 100 to 5000 people max. But when they respond to it, millions get to know. People like me only get to know when blogs carry the celebs response. But I agree, Rudeboy has the right to respond as he sees fitš«
