She was walked into it, grew into a woman and leveraged on her status. She is not a victim, she is an active participant. The marriage wasn’t her choice, staying after she matured is. Please speak for yourself. Nobody will reward her greed with donations. They should have saved for this day but I know abusers. Everyday of her life was a facade. How much is a single room in a decent hotel, how much is feeding+tips, they haven't shopped o, cabs and tips are not even in that budget. Imagine being jobless and unable to stand on your feet. XP, it is those who have something that can be stripped. Look at my earlier examples. Regina should be ready for hard work if she leaves. Those with little change from Fegho won't even call her for jobs for fear it will block other things or delay the release date or possibility of making profit. It's back to Asabawood and the risk of being kidnapped. You don't continually purchase fake Rolex watches unless you want the recipient to have nothing of value to sell just in case. And she may do well to prioritize custody of her children above the online drama.

ReplyDeleteMost of these so called rich men are very smart. In all their spending, they will never put the kind of cash that makes sense in woman's hands. When i hear that a man bought an asset for a lady, my first question is: Are the assets in her name? If its not in her name, its not truly hers. Men like Ned will ensure , if she leaves, that she leaves penniless, without her children and go on to block as many of her opportunities as he can. They don't take "rebellion" lightly. I wish her the best in her life's choices and journey.

ReplyDeleteBut here's the thing. Ned has the means and the motive to ensure she gets blacklisted everywhere. Ned got over 270 million dollars out of an international court case he helped Nigeria win. With that amount of money he can afford to pay nollywood producers not to feature Regina in any movie. Few companies do sponsorship deals now and certainly no company that still does will want to be in the bad books of a senator who has the senate president's ear and a senator the presidency of Nigeria holds in very high regard.
