Most of these kids are vaping these days. It’s no different from the shisha at those middle eastern restaurants. I think the vape is regular tobacco with flavour added to it. The health ministries pushed the campaign of cigarettes being unhealthy for decades, this new generation created their vapes as an alternative. They don’t smoke cigarettes anymore they vape now. Vaping is not considered drug addiction, but like cigarettes have health risks connected to them.
