    Bread/butter/mayonnaise/tea
    Rice or whatever they will take for lunch to school.

  4. Oatmeal ( boiled in milk, drop of vanilla extract and jaggery as sugar).

    Potato porridge with meatballs in tomato peppered sauce.

    Anything 🥣 cereal made with corn.
    *Then nuts(groundnuts,almond, pecan, walnut with ripe banana follows them to school).

    At least 3 times a week.
    They'll be strong like kakaraka.
