Heavenly Father thank you for a beautiful Sunday morning. We come before you seeking renewal in our minds, body and spirit. Lord fill us with your peace and mercies, and help us to let go of any burdens that are weighing us down. But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not faint.(Isaiah 40:31) Abba father we know your ways are far greater than our ways and your thoughts far deeper than our thoughts. Lord we pray that you renew our spirit and restore our strengths in Jesus name π GOOD MORNING AND HAPPY SUNDAY MY SDK FAMILY πΉπΉ
May this new week meet you with peace, clarity, and divine strength. As you step into the days ahead, may God go before you, making every crooked path straight. May He revive every tired area of your life and open doors you didn’t even know existed.
May your heart be light, your mind be at ease, and your steps be guided by grace. Go into this week with confidence, God is already ahead of you.
Dear Lord Jesus please, You are the only one we know… Have mercy on Nigeria, let us have the victory over these challenges. You are big and there’s absolutely nothing too hard for you to do, Have mercy Lord, Have mercy
All my life we cook and eat rice every Sunday, maybe like only 5 times since I was born na em we no cook rice on Sunday and on those rare Sundays it's when maybe something bad happened or my mum is sick
"That healing can result, not only from prayer, but also from the rightness of our hearts, our humility and love toward one another in the body of Christ."
"Sometimes, what might be hindering some people’s miracle isn’t the lack of prayer but their attitude. Perhaps they’re harbouring resentment, bitterness, or they’re refusing to walk in love."
"Be warm and loving to everyone. There should never be any person that you don’t like."
Prayer!!
Dear Father, I thank you for the humility and love that your Word and the Holy Spirit have produced in me. I walk in love toward all, quick to forgive and ready to intercede for others. I’m a channel of healing, restoration and peace, and my heart is full of your grace, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

So I stumbled on these men submission on this issue and I couldn't have agreed less.
''Most of what you people attribute to natural women's behaviour are just applicable to Nigeria. There is nothing natural about it.
You don't have to go far. Just enter East Africa, and you'll understand what family value is.
And what you attribute to 9ja women's behaviour is just accumulated experiences of dating damaged women. Now you're forcing those nonsense on us as normal behaviour, when you actually need exorcism''.- Sir Dickson
''I totally agree with this. I lived in Morocco in 2007 for a whole year, and the difference was striking. Their women grow up with a visible sense of marriage value, family honour and responsibility. It’s not something they pretend to have, it’s part of their daily life, how they speak, how they treat you, and how they protect their home.
So when some people here call certain attitudes “natural women behaviour,” I just laugh. There’s absolutely nothing natural about damaged values becoming a norm. When a society keeps recycling trauma, heartbreak, street mentality, and survival relationships, it will produce people whose behaviour looks normal only because many are used to it, not because it is right.
Travel will humble many of us. It will show you that what we call “normal behaviour” in Nigeria is simply normalized dysfunction. And instead of accepting it as women’s nature, we need healing, reorientation, and family value revival, from both men and women! - Hon SarkiB
So I stumbled across these women’s takes on this matter, and honestly… they didn’t miss.
“Most of what you people keep calling ‘natural male behaviour’ is just Nigerian conditioning. There’s nothing universal or biological about it. Just step outside West Africa — go to Rwanda, Kenya, even Ghana — and you’ll see men who actually understand emotional responsibility, partnership, and family roles.
What a lot of you describe as ‘how men are’ is simply the result of dating, raising, and enabling broken men. Now you package those wounds as masculinity and try to force the rest of us to accept it as normal. But truthfully, many of you don’t need validation — you need healing.” — Lady Damilola
“Exactly. I lived in South Africa for two years, and the difference was loud. Their men grow up with a grounded sense of duty, respect, emotional maturity, and partnership. They’re not acting. It’s woven into how they love, how they talk to their women, and how they show up for their families.
So when some Nigerians try to label certain behaviours as ‘natural male traits,’ I just shake my head. There is nothing natural about irresponsibility, emotional laziness, cheating culture, or entitlement that has been normalised over decades.
A society that keeps recycling ego, trauma, suffering masculinity, and survival relationships will raise men who mistake dysfunction for destiny. And instead of accepting it as men’s nature, we need a full cultural reset — healing, re-education, and accountability from our men.
Travel will humble many. It will show them that what they defend as ‘normal’ back home is simply learned chaos.” — Hon. Simi A.
Good morning dear Rose I will be giving baby girl treatment today,I have told them what I want to eat and they are preparing it already white rice with ofeakwuπ₯°will soon reach there sef will stay till the weekend is over
But he answered her not a word and His disciples came and urged Him saying; “Send her away, for she cries out after us” Matthew 15: 21-23
In Jesus'days, women were not free to associate with men publicly, yet this woman; a gentile came crying out to Him;
“Son of David, Have mercy on me, my daughter is severely tormented “ .
All she could do to secure her desired miraculous healing for her tormented daughter, was to come...So she left her home and her country and came crying to Jesus... But The LORD proving her faith, answered her not a word.
she could have gone back home in shame, embarrassed discouraged, giving up on her daughter but rather, she kept crying out, following Jesus and His disciples; even though Jesus did not give her any attention nor said anything to her.
Meanwhile in the long run, The disciples got disgusted at the whole scenario and demanded of The LORD, to let them send her away, simply stating...“For she cries out after us”.
Many give up too soon, they get weary and stop their fight of faith, halfway. Even though the woman was in such a disadvantage position as a Gentle not qualified for such a request, yet, her faith, persistence, continuous crying out in faith after Jesus, gave her, her heart desire.
