    Try as much as possible to have kids early if you may. 20s and 30s are the right time for both male and female.

    Men also suffer terribly as the age so don’t think it is only a woman thing.

  17. When your husband has nothing,never add his name to the things you own, he will one day try to say they are his when he starts making money in the future. Share things with him,fine...but when it comes to properties,own it alone...he can own his alone as well..and by all means hustle legitimately like mad. I learnt the hard way. But I'm building myself right back up.
