According to multiple reports, including records from the U.S. Bureau of Prisons, Okeke is no longer in custody, and deportation arrangements are underway as required by his plea agreement.
Okeke, once celebrated on Forbes Africa’s 30 Under 30 list, was arrested by the FBI in 2019 at Dulles International Airport while attempting to fly to Nigeria.
He later pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and computer fraud linked to an $11 million scam targeting U.S. businesses.
Although he was sentenced to 10 years in 2021, he was released early under U.S. prison reform policies, and immigration authorities have now taken over his case to finalize his removal from the country

One of the bad eggs . He will still do it again.
