DeleteNot true please. There are different measures/scales of intelligence. I've had the experience. The level of exposure plus the competition cannot be matched by most of these badly managed and funded govt schools.

It depends on the Teacher capability and how the knowledge is being impacted to the pupils/student
The best thing you can do for your kids is to enroll them in a good School with a good Foundational class ( Nursery and Primary).
